Saturday 13 June 2026 My house had a circuit power tripped due to sparks off by an old iron my mum was using. I called Mr Richard Chia (Project Manager) at 9am, he told me he would arrived in 30 minutes time and truly he arrived on time. He did a thorough check on the electricity and even inspected the iron's wire and also ensure the refrigerator is working well. GOOD AND PROMPT SERVICE! Thank you Mr Chia 🙏

My DB tripped at 1.05 AM on June 13 2026. All lights gone but aircon and electrical poits were fine. Could not reset DB for lights. Called the number on Google search and Richard picked up. He calmed me down and said he'd be here in 30 mins. He and his tech arrived soon after troubleshot the issue and in 1/2 hour all my lights were back. Due to the late hour they said they would return later in the day to check my Masterbedroom - which had electrical points and aircon working but not lights. Arrived on time, found the fault to be to a faulty ceiling fan and they rectified everything. Reasonable rates, good comms and service and satisfied customer! 5 Star service. Contacted Mr Richard Chia on a Wednesday morning to request for a check on a bad switch and faulty lighting. He responded very promptly and after asking for some photos of the issue, he arranged for the repair works to be carried out that same afternoon. Arrived promptly and did a thorough assessment of the situation. Gave a quote on the spot and the repairs were carried out swiftly and competently after the price was agreed upon. Very friendly and knowledgeable man who would give advise on things to look out for. Would not hesitate to contact him again for any electrical related works.

Uncle Richard is prompt and helpful even when I ask him further questions. He helped to change our faulty wall socket and helped to check our water pipe/ valve, taught me on water pipe strength. Will consider him for further repairs or changing parts in future. 👍🏻

Very bad experience – overcharged! Called them at night because my house had no power and I urgently needed electricity. They charged SGD 500 just to replace one RCCB (circuit breaker) – this is extremely unreasonable and far way above market price. Feels like they are taking advantage of customers in an emergency. Be very careful before engaging them – ask for a proper quotation first. This is basically a scam – I do not recommend this company. Please be mindful

Dishonest..he changed the circuit breaker to the old one..ours he take with him..I've problem with my PowerPoint..he did not test just switched on n say no problem.. repair in the morning afternoon n night trip again.. charge $350..no choice HV to call another electrical man come ..seriously not honest..

Half my house lost power just before an important virtual meeting. I panicked but called for help, and Raja from XP came to the rescue. We have some basic knowledge on replacing dead lights but after much troubleshooting,were not able to resolve. Decided not to chance it , risking a fire or electrical shock. Mr Raja and his assistant attended to us. Like clockwork, the duo diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30ish minutes (was a faulty neutral return loop) . The chaps were polite and professional. Kudos to them for working at such a late hour. As an aside , not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews.... They deserve 5stars!

I was very disappointed with their service as I was feeling that I was being scammed by them. I had a circuit breaker switch issue and I was on the verge of being helpless trying to get a technician to come over becos it happens at night around 8pm. Later I checked with Town council that this doesn't cost me even $330 even and I ask them for a refund of $250 and told Richard they can take theirs switch back but they said once I have pay and there's no refund even on the verge of COVID-19 and upon this kind of company service that makes u feel so disappointing. We should be helping one another and I don't mind u wanna charge me $100 but at least do a refund of the balance. I paid $300 and you know $300 is quite a huge difference amount of money for just a switch. Guys please do not engaged their service and this will be at your own risk. I already blocked them and I was upset as a Singaporean u took advantage of one another and will be my last service from them. Thanks for being so honest with your service 👍👍👍( remember what goes around comes around)

Called for a repair man to identify what causes my house to trip after turning on the heater switch , the repair man said it was the heater itself that's causing it . So after replacing the heater 2 times the same issue is still happening and manage to identify from another electrician that its the wiring issue, called RICHARD and informed him but instead of helping he gave me all kinds of reason and hung the phone call without providing further assistance or refund .

Worker came and quote 380 to charge a rccb switch. Market rate is about 100-150 and he charge more than 3x of the rates. Paid him 50 for transport and diagnosis. Like other reviews out there over prices services. Engage at own risk

Richard and team was responsive and quick to arrive to inspect the power failure, but this is a business lacking in competency and honesty. The "diagnosis" was that the main circuit breaker was faulty and the entire thing had to be replaced for $500 or more. However, this was not only wrong but extremely overpriced. When I got a second opinion from another electrician, the circuit breaker was working fine. Even if it wasn’t, it should cost less than $200 to replace. Other reviews will corroborate that this is not the first time this has happened. Engage at your own risk.

I engaged Richard last year to help me renew my company's electrical license as my previous licensed electrician had passed away. I was charged $700 for the renewal of license but I paid him anyway because it was an emergency. The usual charge from is usually about $400. He ensured me it will be settled ASAP. But after a week and checking with the officer at EMA, i was informed that there wasn't anyone who came to renew the license. I called Richard and demand for an explanation. He then ensured me he will get it done and I trusted him again. 6 months passed, and i just checked with the EMA officer. Guess what, he didn't renew the license at all. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM OR HIS COMPANY.

I called this company, owner Richard Chia. The first thing I did not like is that he asked me why I cannot speak Chinese? I said because I am Eurasian. Is everyone supposed to know Chinese? Anyway I told him I need to have. “Bulb” changed. As I did not know what type of light it was he asked that I take a photo and he would know. After I texted him the photo he suggested to changed the whole light so instead of paying $90 I would pay $150 for a new LED light. As it was an emergency I agreed and he said the electrician/s would come over between 1- 2pm. As I like punctuality when they did arrive by 2-30pm I messaged to ask if they are coming. He now told 3 to 4pm as his workers were still at another site and not completed yet. I asked him why he did not update me. I said if delayed should inform me. I always had to either message or call him. He was very slow to respond to my messages so I had to end up calling him. At 4-30pm they still did not arrive. By that time I was already fuming. I told him that if they could not do the job because they are so busy he could have let me know early then I could call another electrician. It was then that he messaged to say they would be at my place in half an hour which meant they arrived at 5-10 plus. I have never waited so many hours for someone to come over to do any job. Even though Richard apologised I felt he has very poor communication and responsive skills which are basic requirements when running a business and dealing with customers. But I must say and give credit to the two Electricians who were very nice and polite and quick to change the light. Thank you to them! 👍👍

Fixed a failure in my circuit board within 2 hours a day before the Lunar New Year, reasonable cost, good work, and patient workers who were happy to explain the issues, root cause, and process. Will call them again if I need an electrician.

Very bad, do not engage. Will never engage their services anymore. Few months back they changed our electrical DB box and a few of our socket cover (only), not the full set. now, the socket cover came out and ask him to come and take a look but he charged $60 to replace a few parts and screw. Also, he told me that he is busy and if we don't want to repair, he will leave immediately. Very irresponsible. Our socket has been there for 20 years previously and there was no issue, only a small crack so we decided to change it. It should be a follow up when the 1st job was not done properly but we were charged additional $60. Better try other electricians.
