They opened my lock when my spare key wasn't recognised, and then they did fingerprint authentication, reset the PIN and even replaced the battery - they're the best technicians ever. It cost me $200, but in Japan, that's about the price you'd pay just to open a lock, so I'm very happy with the reasonable price considering Singapore's high prices. Thank you!

This uncle so rude! He couldn't wait to get off the phone without giving me details like whether the front gate can be opened without breaking, and the price. Even though they are less than 3km away, ask me wait for one hour!! Decided not to use his services. Another locksmith who was further away came within 30 mins and was much nicer to work with!

Uncle was fast and skillful with the old safe that we are planning to throw away anyway. Just wanted to be safe that nothing else was left inside. Hole was drilled, combi lock was unlocked, all done within 5minutes.

My Samsung SHP-DR708 digital main door lock was not opening and keep on beeping for some reason. Called Dennis, he provided WhatsApp location and he immediately arrived within 25-30 minutes from Bukit Merah to Sengkang. He is very professional and able to unlock the door with ease. He also explains why it happened and provides tips. He told that he has 40 years of experience as a locksmith. Im very thankful. Highly recommended.

Got locked out of my office door and couldn’t get into my office when I had an event happening in one hour. I called Dennis if he can help to open within 30 mins and although he said he can only reach in 1 hr, he rushed down immediately and managed to unlock the door on time. This locksmith provides amazing service. First they are super fast, helpful and polite. Secondly, they managed to open even a difficult lock quit fast as they have over 40 years experience. Finally, they are also offering good rates. I can truly recommend them to any one and even I haven’t tried all locksmith in Singapore, I feel they are the best.

Thank you Mr Dennis for your swift response to our family's emergency situation. Needed to leave home at 9.30am for my flight and Mr Dennis was kind enough to rush to my place to aid with a jammed door situation. I was in the room stucked. He was quick enough to unlock the door and even went the extra mile to drive us to Changi Airport! We made it to check in all thanks for his additional kind gesture! Terrific and exceptional customer service! I was locked out of our luxury condo with a “difficult” lock on our door. I was optimistic and did not know how long the process would take however, they were able to fix/unlock the door within less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend! Samsung SHS P718 digital lock failed after 4 years on a Sunday afternoon. Called several locksmiths immediately but they were non-committal about whether they could/knew how to repair it. 1&1 was fourth on the list of the google search (should have been first!). Prompt response and decent quote. Dennis was here within the hour and the job was done in 40 minutes. Also spent extra time explaining the problem and how to maintain the lock. He’s now my go-to guy for all future lock problems!

Called for a quote to get a broken key stuck in my letterbox keyhole. Was quoted $50, which is very reasonable. Locksmith came to fix it while I wasn't home, so I didn't even need to be around. Saw good Google reviews and called them. Was given a quote of $500 to open a safe. We went to another locksmith that charged only $80. So do shop around and not be dependent on just Google reviews.

Dennis was extremely helpful in my moment of need. He was very professional and thorough in getting information about my current lock before coming down on site to fix it. I had originally found someone else due to time constraints and Dennis was already out on appointment. However, the first locksmith wasn’t able to fix the problem and Dennis was very kind in following up to make sure that my lock was fixed. When told of the situation, he immediately offered to rush down after his current job. Original locksmith quoted $600 to change the whole lock (some unknown brand no less) that they brought without examining the problem, but Dennis took his time to inspect and tried to find a solution by testing to see if we could change parts instead. I still went ahead with changing the lock but under recommendation from Dennis but didn’t have to pay a hefty sum for a similar digital lock under the same brand. If you want someone thorough, professional, honest and skillful with great service - please definitely give Dennis a call.
