Mr Loong is a rare gem. I had to replace my digital gate lock key. After countless empty enquires at neighbourhood locksmiths, AI directly me to Chinatown Power Car Key services which deals in all things related to locks, doors, safes...The first key duplicate can only work in one side of the lock. I went back and Mr Loong duplicated a second key and it works! Cost S$18. Money well spent. Moreover, very easy going, understanding tradesman. Good job!

Quick service. Great communication via WhatsApp to explain what I needed. He had the key I needed when 6 other key cutting shops didn’t. Thank you so much.

Replaced my key fob with Mr Wong here. He knows what he is doing, recommends the most value-for-money and time options. Drop them a text so he can recommend what he can do first. Was a really pleasant surprise. I was mentally ready to spend more because of all the other quotes but Mr Wong was very helpful to explain why it was not necessary in my case. Will definitely come back and recommend my friends and family to support

Was recommended by others to find Mr Wong to duplicate safebox key. Over there, you can clearly feel confidence and experience oozing out from Mr Wong. On top of that, he is a friendly guy that explains patiently to you. Most important thing is that the keys he duplicated were fast and accurate. You can get your keys done within minutes with the same accuracy such that you no need to return to adjust. Kudos. Will certainly come back to Mr Wong if I ever need to duplicate keys again. Highly recommend! He is certainly the key doctor

I replaced my Subaru car key and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. He truly went the extra mile — even extending his service to personally deliver the key to my house for those staying in the West. 24-hour service availability gave me great peace of mind. He was very helpful and proactive, offering alternatives to make life easier so I didn’t have to travel back and forth to collect the key. Highly recommended without hesitation. Reliable, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused!

Bro shifted inside the mall. Walk straight into mall to access the shop. Mr Wong is an excellent locksmith who does duplication of car, motorcycle and house key. The brother is friendly and has vast experience in locksmithing matters. 3 years ago I duplicated KTM duke 390 motorcycle key. Today I duplicated CB400 (super 4) motorcycle and house key. To be honest, my duplicate cranking feels better than the original 🤗 I recommend and will definitely visit for future key duplication 🥳👍

Locksmiths in Singapore are a dime a dozen. But not all locksmiths are the same. Chinatown Power Car Key Service’s Mr Wong Chin Loong is the best locksmith I have ever met in terms of professionalism, sense of humour and sheer skillsets. He comes across as affable yet do not - for a second - think he is not committed. His skillset in analysing my locksmith issue was unparrellelled. I came in showing my broken Yale key and, without a second’s hesitation, he diagnosed the issue. And told me the solution. He unlocked my bedroom lock within 30 seconds and even gave me a “lecture” on how to prevent such banal but common issue from happening. I can tell he knows his skills very very well. In this skills-first economy, he is a professional who will shine and not be replaced by GenAI and big data emerging trends. His human connection is just what makes GenAI a tool, but not a replacement for human-centric skillsets and EQ. What else can I say, he deserves the prices he charge. Which I dare say, is not unreasonable either.

Called to check if they are able to duplicate my car key. Send key images via WhatsApp and was quoted a price. But when we come down, he say he don’t do, need to go Geylang find his friend shop to do.

The boss Wong is simply fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. He has years and years of experience and is based in People's Park Complex for many years (moved from shops within the complex). I just did 2 flip keys at his shop yesterday and it works just fine. Took him less than 20 mins for 2 flip keys. Very efficient. Highly recommended. Will continue to intro my friends to patronize his service. Keep up the good work Wong! :)

Was able to get chip replacement for my honda bike spare key when it dislodged and went missing from its housing. I just bring original together with me and my bike along. Fast and smooth process around 10-15minutues only. He also helped to apply strong adhesive to secure my spare key. Thank you boss! Affordable price compared to other places. 50$ chip only. 80$ full key +chip Just whatsapp his number before coming to check if he can do it and quote you.

Very nice and friendly boss. You just need to whatsapp him if he can do for your keys, especially if got electronic chip. Very fast and good worksmanship too. The shop behind part of the shopping centre. If you see yellow signboard "Mahjong House", the shop will be behind it.

Professional skills and super friendly service! My key was broken and jam inside the lock, I took it down and he fixed it within 30 seconds! He also advised me to have thicker key to prevent future issues. The charge was also very reasonable given his expertise! Highly recommend.

Went in for duplication of 5 keys for a reasonable price. Waited only less than 10 minutes, and all the keys worked out fine. Boss is very approachable and kind. He may sound fierce and loud on the phone call, but only because it is quite noisy that area, so he has to raise his voice a bit. The location might be hard to find as it is hidden near the residential entrance, so please be patient and ask the security counter for guidance.
