They went to the wrong block, and I need to unlock the door urgently waited 55mins for them to go wrong block. But when the guy reach the boss call to cancel and ask me to find another lock smith due to his own negligence for not informing his guy the correct condo block. Will NEVER EVER recommend this ever again, wasted my 55mins waiting for them. Hire them at YOUR OWN risk! Lousy management

They charge $150 to unlock which seems very expensive. My usual locksmith charge lower but they were busy at that time so had to use SG Locksmith

Found SgLockSmith on Google and decided to engage their service today (27/12/2024) to change my main door & gate lock. Admin and service man were both very friendly and kind. Job was done very efficiently and very well done! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends, and also continue to use their services when needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience! Highly recommended!!!

Don't waste your time with them. Worst customer service ever!

They could not open a master bedroom door of a BTO flat, proceeded to tell me "everyone also like that" , refused to refund or provide a discount on the amount paid (via PayNow, blame my stupidity), and proceeded to encourage me to break the lock and, pay another $260 to replace the lock. These people have no skills and operate like fraudsters.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Called company for quote and was told to send photo of door lock. Sent photo and they whatsapped me to confirm quote at $90 and said they were able to arrive within an hour. Agreed to quote and locksmith reached promptly around 11.25am. Around 11.40am, he told me my door lock cannot be unlocked. He had to break the lock if I needed him to open my door. And the broken lock of course could not be re-used. To install a new lock, I had to pay him an additional $100 on top of the $90. I did not want him to break my door lock. He wanted to collect $90 despite not being able to unlock the door after only 10 to 15 minutes of effort, saying that his company already stated in whatsapp message that if they cannot unlock the door, they would have to break the lock to open the door. But the fact was, I didn't need his service to break my door lock. He called his boss and we settled at $30. While collecting payment, he rudely told me not to call his company ever again. Before leaving my place, the locksmith again repeatedly warned me and this time told me AND my contacts, he emphasized, never to call them for service again. I assured him I'd tell everyone. Hence, this post. To end the story, i called another locksmith. He unlocked my room door on the same day smoothly for only $60.
