They will alway quote u $250 or $230 for a service. Make sure u ask them for a warranty. Else they will fix problem A and say Problem B not their issue when actually problem B is caused by fixing problem A DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

listed on their website -- "1. Call to enquire on the service required and check on price." -- told me $50 onwards after i sent photo of my kitchen floor trap condition. "2. Once price has been agreed upon, we will send a team to your place for the repair works." -- no price agreed on but quite certain it is just a simple choke and wouldn't be too costly. "3. After repair service has been completed and payment received, we will issue you a receipt with warranty included." -- written on receipt, no warranty. service person by the name Jason; 1. bad attitude the moment he stepped into the house until he left 2. quoted me $230 to flush my kitchen using electronic vibrator. After i asked for a cheaper option, he used a traditional plunger but still cost me $170! Felt so cheated by such dishonest service provider.

1. Same experience with other users. Quote overpriced on spot. Way higher than the min price mentioned in WhatsApp. 2. Dishonest when issuing invoice by writing a shorter warranty period as communicated and older date 3. Low quality work as the drain is choked again in less than half a year without heavy usage.

Encounter same experience with other people here.. a guy came to survey and over quote for a small leakage on a copper pipe to be exact 300dollar.. .worst he told that the entire pipe until the toilet needs to be change.. gonna hack wall n all. Really Ridiculous.. i was charge for transportation 20 dollar. Becareful guys..

The person and company is not responsible at all. 9:00 AM advised that person will be there by 11:00 to 12:00 , no call or contact after that, kept on calling to know and then the person say he cancel the job because I told that if after 12 , will cancel the job. Very unprofessional and rude.

i wish i read other reviews before calling them. basically they'll send their guy down and give you an overpriced quote, if you don't accept it, you'll have to pay $20 for transport. which is ok, except that they refused to give a quote via whatsapp. Later, when i tried getting quotes elsewhere, i was able to get a quote via whatsapp. So these guys deliberately want to put you in a tight spot by overquoting when already on site. for reference, their plumber quoted $480 for the work, which I later got fixed for $320. So they basically overcharge by 50%. pls avoid at all cost.

Asked for installation of water heater but asked me to boil water everyday instead without reason. Go for his services if you are looking for poor service and face the consequences.

Missed the appointment time and did not inform me. I called back and a man picked the phone. He showed no excuse and asked me to look for other. his words are full of Racial Discrimination.

Poor service. Charge $90 for changing a bottle trap without inspecting the entire sink for other leakage. Blamed the customer for not doing the proper check. After changing trap, another pipe leaked. When checked with them, quoted another $120 to solve cuz claimed separate problem.

Beware!!! Charged my mum $750 for a water heater that retails for less than $350. That’s $400 to install a water heater.

Called them ask how much tell me $90 for service and parts.. when rude plumber come ask me to choose between cheap ($180) and good ($200), does it mean cheap not good? Anyhow change host also still working only outside rust, change without permission. Press on the sink, busy body, rude plumber talk a lot of rubbish Will definitely not call last minute again, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

“Dishonest” and “unscrupulous” will be my descriptions for them. They knew we needed to clear a choked pipe urgently and made use of our situation to demand $650! We had to nego hard to bring it down. The job was so simple and was completed in 20mins. We found out that the market rate for such work is between $200 and $250. Won’t be using them for sure. Recommending them, NOT!

A guy came to my house, took one look at the water storage heater and concluded it can't be repaired, and must be replaced. That's fine, his quote? $1600 for a replacement job - that's more than twice the average market price. Asked for a breakdown, none given. Later I asked the company for an explanation for such scamming behaviour - they simply stop replying me. Oh yeah, and I have pay the guy $20 for his "service".

Pathetic! Asked for a possibility of a view and repair quote, the co responded by assuming I am the 3rd party, i.e. no payer, and calling me time waster. Even after explaining I am the paying party, the response was still disinterested and presumptuous. Don't bother wasting time with this plumber.

$20.. Easy money... come less then 5min n look at my water heater... "Cannot repair need to change the whole thing.." which i oso know without calling them. So basically if the water heater is faulty or leaking frm inside, don't WASTE yr $$ by calling any plumber at all.. They could hv told me over the phone or watsapps if anything inside the water heater cannot be repair unless the pipe or wiring outside the water heater... Ifelt CHEATED... 😡😡😡
