Contacted them regarding a toilet bowl issue where the water wasn’t filling up immediately after flushing. Communication over WhatsApp was prompt and clear and pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. Vincent did a good job replacing the worn-out fill valve and was also helpful in sharing some useful tips. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would recommend!

Toilet floor trap was choked so bad even from normal basin hand wash use. Looked around and decided to engage Nile plumbers (Vincent), best decision I’ve made. Before coming down, a brief diagnosis was made it was cement flushed down by one of my contractors and true enough, Vincent managed to extract a pool of it deep down my floor trap. Communications was great, he knows his stuff, he is detailed throughout the whole process. Thank you Vincent!

I have never really engaged a plumber before. But after engaging NILE Plumbing, and in particular Vincent, I don't think I can settle for any other plumbers. Responsive, patient, knowledgeable and fully transparent with fees - these traits that one always look for in a professional...are traits that Vincent fully embody. Upon receiving my video and photos, Vincent had a preliminary diagnosis and explained to me (over the phone) what the possible cause of my toilet leakage was and how he would go about rectifying it. When Vincent arrived at my house, he removed my toilet and explained what the fault was and went about rectifying the issues. During the process of changing the faulty parts, Vincent also imparted his own knowledge and tips which I truly appreciated. His (and NILE Plumbing's) confidence in their skills are evident as they also offer a 3-month warranty! I will definitely look for Vincent if I ever have any issues in future! Value for money!

Absolute lifesaver. Since finding Vincent from Nile Plumbing to help with really bad kitchen chokage a few years back, have consistently turned to him no less than five times over the years to help with other plumbing emergencies. He has real people skills and managed to even have a conversation with my grumpy elderly dad who hates strangers in the house. Also he is very sincere in dispatching real actionable advice for homeowners. Today he skipped lunch to help me with a very old hdb property issue with massive pipe block that required an emergency toilet bowl replacement on the spot. I was actually surprised to learn Vincent is an employee and not the boss as he really goes the extra mile. Nile Plumbing is very lucky to have Vincent in its employment...

He is knowledgeable and managed to quickly identify the cause of our water leak for the toilet when he arrived. He replaced the faulty parts quickly and shared with us the pictures of the items that he fixed. He also offered a 3-month warranty for the replacement. Will definitely recommend him to others!

I engaged Nile Plumbing’s services after reading their honest Google reviews, and my experience was just as positive as described. The initial arrangement was very smooth, and Vincent was transparent about the pricing for the necessary jobs, giving clear upfront estimates without any hidden fees. From the start, the service was extremely professional. Vincent diagnosed the drainage problem with clear explanation and resolved the issue efficiently. Beyond just fixing the blockage, he also provided valuable advice and practical tips on how to maintain the drains to prevent similar issues in the future. This extra care and knowledge sharing really set Nile Plumbing apart from others. The before-and-after photos clearly show the quality of their work: the first two images capture the blocked drain problem, while the subsequent picture show how thoroughly the issue was solved. The results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Nile Plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional plumbing services, especially if you value transparency, efficiency, and expert advice throughout the process.

Needed my parents’ toilet flush fixed and found Nile Plumbing on Google. From the first day since I reached out to the number on Whatsapp, Vincent has been very prompt with replies with all my enquiries. We asked a few places and decided to engage him, which turns out to be a great decision. Vincent turned up within the allocated time slot and was very meticulous and detailed fixing the toilet flush, ensuring nothing was leaking, our toilet floor was clean and everything was in good order before he left. He is very knowledgeable with maintenance tips, responsible and friendly too. Appreciate the small thoughts when he ensured the height of the dual flush was right and higher so it’s easier for my parents to flush the toilet in the dark. Thanks again Vincent for everything and will definitely recommend him to my friends!

Toilet bowl and all the floor trap choked and overflowing. I contacted vincent at 5+am and he replied me very soon at nearing 7. He was very transparent in the pricing and don't over promise without delivering. He came down soon and managed to resolve the issue without removing my wall hanged toilet bowl even though my floor trap is much smaller than usual standard thus making the process very difficult. He was very determined and not adverse to challenges at all. On top of it, he don't just do a trial and error to resolve. He really studied the pipes to get to the fundamental logic of why clogging occurs unlike others I have come across. He is empathetic in your situation and will explain deeply why it happen and how to avoid it from happening again. I will definitely hire him again if needed. Highly recommended to everyone.

Good, honest plumbing work. I came across them when searching for plumbers and was quite surprised by the number of good reviews given how many plumbing companies have the scariest 1 star reviews I’ve heard. Vincent was able to come same day I called to fix our pipe for our new washing machine and did not charge beyond the quote he gave us on the phone, even though there was much more work needed to be done for the pipes then he expected. He cleaned up some old black mold for us and explained very clearly what he did, why he did it, and what to keep in mind for the future. Also, they provide 30 day warranty for any issues! Very appreciated and will definitely recommend + hire again in the future if needed! Thanks again for your services :)

Vincent did an exceptional job at unclogging the drains. We called him at 2:15 am and he arrived less than an hour later. He explained in great detail what caused the choke, and even gave us tips on how to prevent it. When we spoke to him on the phone, he was friendly, professional and transparent about the costs. Will use Nile Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Vincent was very quick to call me when I sent a message to explain about my issue late at night and came the next morning. Throughout the whole process, he was very open about sharing his knowledge to prevent future blockages and at no point in time did he try to upsell anything to me. His sincerity and honesty is something that’s rare to come by in an industry plagued by unreliable tradies looking to make a quick buck from customers who don’t know any better. I would highly recommend his services because you can be sure that you wouldn’t be ripped off.
