   Went to buy window handle as I told the man as I guess is David and I asked if the sizes wrong, can I returned for exchange as he said can't but suggested I bring the sample to the shop as I told him I am not staying nearby and eventually I bought 2 window handles . After I went home I tried to fix it but couldn't so I drove to the shop for exchange but only allowed to exchange for 1 and I have to pay for the other window handle. I tried to reason with the lady whom I guessed is Sandra but she said can't later become second hand. What a joke as beside have 2 hardware shop which allowed me to exchange but the colour which I want they don't have it. Beside Sandra said can't change later become second hand. First if I buy a shirt or jeans from brand shop, they allow for exchange if size don't suit it and brand cloth cost a few hundred dollars let alone the window handle less than $10 each. I have never heard of any hardware shop don't allow for exchange unless good is damaged. Even those suppliers who supply hardware to shop and shop owner is allowed for exchange if goods is in good condition. I don't believe anyone in life have never exchange any goods before. There is a saying what goes around comes around. Will not buy anything again!!!!

   I've known David and Sandra for many years, they have never failed to provide excellent service to me all this years. Last week they have helped to replace my bathroom water heater the next day after I Whatsapp them for help. Super efficient, thank you David and Sandra.

   This is my go to hardware shop in our neighborhood. You're always greeted with a smile! They are always willing to explain and help you with what you're trying to DIY, fix or if you have questions about what you want to purchase. It is always a pleasant transaction as you're not rushed to make a decision or buy and they always provide alternative options for you to choose from.

   i bought 4 ceiling fans and wiring service for the water heater installation.From the day walkin purchase and i was entertain professionaly by Mr Daivid and his wife and was also recommended value for money for item purchase.The technican that completed the jobs was at high at skill and professionaly with awesome result.Will not hestitate to recommend David Harwadware and Electrical and price charge was at reasonable.

   I've engaged David Hardware to change all my fluorescent tubes to LED tubes and switch. Their Technician, Mr. Hassan is professional and did a fantastic job. Not only he did a good wiring job, he even cleans up after the installation and help to dispose the old casing and tubes. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing and electrical work. Well done.

   I bought one safety shoe from David hardware very expensive while compare to other shop actually i ask Other brand he recomment other one they bill mentioned goods are not returnable but they did not mentioned not exchangeble i request to change other model but they refused my request i never saw such a shop in singapore please careful to buy things from David Hardware

   I am a tool junkie, and have been coming here for years. David and his spouse are polite, kind, knowledgeable, and sincerely want to help you solve your problem (they will never sell you a useless product). They speak fluent English and provide caring advice as if you were part of their family. This is so refreshing in comparison to others, and is why I was attracted, and keep coming back. For a neighborhood store, the quality of products is remarkable, evidenced by brands such as Stanley and DeWalt being available. The variety of products is also astounding, evidenced by the heat gun, torque wrenches and electric drill which I have bought for myself. This little shop has solved so many of my hardware and electrical issues during the pandemic. Thank you.

    This store can support. Key duplication, can do what the next door can, also better quality and don't need to come back and correct. Was a long time customer of his neighbor, now switching to David, partly because of price, mainly I get good advise and service from them, and want them to be always around to help me when I need them.

    I went to david hardware shop not my first visit . whenever I go there I feel at home as David gives the best products and advice on how to install or troubleshoot. I am very impressed by his demo when I purchased the toilet cistern siphon. Ty Very much David. I will always by at David Hardware only.
