Recently hire them to install cabinets and they are very meticulous and punctual. Uncle is very skillful and experienced. We all love the results of the installation. Highly recommended to all.

I wanted to renovate my kitchen after HIP and I am very glad that we engaged Hwa Kwang. Mr Pang came and gave us good advice on what to do and what's not necessary. He listened to my requirements for my kitchen and delivered it in the way better than my expectations. His team of workers, and Mr Tan, the supervisor, carry out the renovation meticulously and professionally. We are very happy with our new kitchen, so we asked Mr Pang to design and install the new wardrobes in the master bedroom and it turned out impressive. We will engage Mr Pang's services if we need any renovation in the future and will recommend him to anyone.

It was a very good experience engaging HKFD for mainly our after "home improvement programme (HIP)" kitchen, living room renovation, painting. Subsequently due to its trusted reliability and good workmanship, we have added on dressing table & storeroom storage work. Full of praise for Mr Pang as he was very professional; despite a man of few words, my parents and I are very impressed with his reliability, strong commitment to timeline and clearly very outstanding capabilities. As the renovation involved shifting and it is not a new BTO project (posing some challenges with many items and schedule timing of tasks to align), he was also very kind and understanding to our requests. He would try to the best of his ability to help and accommodate what he could; my parents are especially grateful for that. Not only so, he remembers every smallest detail we mention; designing and making amendments to fit. Another point worth mentioning is that his team of workers was awesome; they are strong, helpful, efficient and capable. They helped us a lot and we are sincerely very appreciative of it. In conclusion, for any (minor/major) renovation works, i would highly recommend Hua Kwang for its high professionalism to great work and definitely akin it to a safe pair of hands; good people and fantastic team.

I am glad to hv appointed Hua Kwang to install the kitchen cabinet for my new bto flat last ýr. Hua Kwang, managed by a proficient father n son team, is a delight to work with. The project was efficiently executed from inception to completion. We are generally happy with the job done and are especially impressed by their professionalism, experience, skilled workmanship n trustworthiness. These qualities were further illustrated in their efficient handling of after sale service. Mr Pang responded swiftly to my notification of a dropped- out kitchen concrete base tile and within a week, Mr Pang senior came personally (even during a public holiday) and reinstated the fallen tile expeditiously. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Hua Hwang to anyone looking for a reliable n experienced cabinet maker and wish Hua kwang every success in their future business endeavors. God bless

We wanted to replace our kitchen double to a single hole sink & its cabinet only. Mr. Pang, from HKFD came viewed, measured & executed it very professionally. His workers are of good quality standard to my expection, at every stage. It was a very well done job to my satisfaction with a breeze. Trusted & recommended to anyone who want to renovate or retrofit a project. I will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

In 2023, after months of searching for my Bto kitchen renovation: I saw Hwa Kwang furniture & decoration on Googles: after go through it introduction of it more than 30yrs experiences. I whatsapp the contact & the response was qick & responsive. The installation was done in 1day from a raw bto kitchen to a modern kitchen with stove, wash basin & 2sides of solid cabinets from my choices of colour & marble top & it soft mechanism closing was a bonus👍 The kitchen marble top is solid & thick: my mum commented not like other is more thinner. Mr Pang, the boss personally came to my flat to take measurements of kitchen & supervised the work on installation day. Overall the cost is within my budget. I strongly recommend if anyone looking for kitchen carpentry: Look for Hua kwang👍

Mr Pang personally came to my place and took measurements and made some suggestions. Lead time 5 weeks .His men came and replaced it in half a day. Very professional service rendered .

My kitchen system was damaged due to water leak. Had to hack and re-do entire system. I found Hwa Kwang through google search. Uncle Pang visited our house and took measurements. He clearly explained the work and cost. His workers came on the scheduled date and did a neat job. I am very satisfied with the new kitchen. Will always engage Uncle Pang for all future carpentry work!

I've been engaging Hua Kwang for the past few years till now. Whenever I want to make some changes in my house, l will call uncle Pang and he responded very fast. The workers do their job very professionally. For the workmanship, I'm very satisfied. Overall, thumbs up for Hua Kwang.

1. Bedroom wardrobe = we are very pleased with the good workmanship and attitude of the old uncle doing the job. Well done. 2. Kitchen cabinet = generally, we are okay with the end product. However, we noticed inside the cabinets - there were exposed raw plywood. Eventually, it was rectified after informing the carpenter. I wonder if we did not notice and inform, what will happen ? 3. Shop cabinet - very nicely done. Generally, they have done a good job. Laying protective sheets and cleaning the mess after job done. Uzzal, the Blangladeshi worker is very helpful and friendly

I gotten 4 quotations to replace my worn-out kitchen cabinets. Hua Kwang company is very responsive and Mr Pang came down personally within a few days to take a look at my kitchen; get the measurements just to provide me the quotation without any obligations. And he gave the most reasonable rate among the 4 quotations (in fact 2 companies don't want to come to measure and quote, only base on floor plan and yet they are much more expensive). Upon confirmation of the quotation, Mr Pang came down personally again to let me choose the materials and colours and I placed some deposit. The renovation is carried out promptly once my kitchen stove arrived. A super fuss-free process. Once my kitchen cabinet was done, they did inform me to check on the gas to ensure there is no leak. Yet their gas contractor even made an extra effort to drop by my house the next day to ensure the gas is not leaking. A very responsible company & working team. The kitchen workmanship is great. Their quality and workmanship is much better than my previous contractor. I will definitely engage them again if I need to re-renovate my house.

Uncle Pang really is old timer carpentry using his eyes to think and design. His advice is good to take note of. What amazing me is that what others has spoken about him using eye power and cash card as ruler. I think that is the way to survive by using the most simple thing to draw. And of course, once you confirm then the measuring tape will be out to measure here and there. Without of much consideration, I decided to engage him to do up my kitchen cabinets. Color’s may be odd but this is what I choose. And without me supervision. He gets his job done. Junior Pang did a great job by answering your enquiries and senior Pang doing the workmanship. Thank you for the great work.

I have saw their advertisement on their service at the Straits Time today. Called them up for their service on kitchen cabinet. The rude sale person picked up my phone and declined saying that they do not have the time to do it and cut off the line. I would think it is very unprofessional and rude in their service. They are not sincere to perform, why bother to advertise on the papers. The owner of the company should bear the responsible of such bad behaviour. Thumb-down on this .

My family has very bad experience with this company. Not professional and does not provide quotation on demand. Still say that price will increase if quotation is required. Didn't provide pictures of what he has done before when asked upon request. Never check with hdb whether it is pre-frabicated and will allow us to drill. He was not willing to answer a lot of questions even like color, materials. He don't even let you know what materials he is going to use for your renovation. He dismissed every question saying everything will be okay la which is of concern to us as buyers. A lot of messages were not replied and he tried to block my father's phone when we try to contact him. What's not very ethical is that we wanted to cancel just one of the house's renovation and still allowed him to continue another house renovation(my late grandma house) but he decided to cancel both arrangement and swallow all our deposit, saying that it is already part of package which was very absurb. Mr Pang is already playing the missing person game and most probably may not respond to any of our calls since we express our intention to cancel one of our renovation. The deposit is a small thing to us because we were willing to forgo the deposit for one of the house renovation but this puts a bad taste in terms of customer experience and trust. As you can see some of the negative reviews here, we shared similar sentiments with them. I hope this raise some awareness and not end up the same situation as us.

Found this company from some website, knowing that they have been doing business for over 30 years, thought should be quite well established. Not getting reply 2 weeks after sending inquire email to get quotation. So, I gave them a call. Turned out that when I called to tell the guy that i would like to make air cond replacement, he told that they don't do such work, and straight away hung up on me, I was not even having chance to explain other renovation works (the website does mention they do "air cond installation"). I am not here to defame the business, I just hope that company at least be more reachable and could take some time to listen to customers, before rejecting the job. Or at least be responsive to other channel of communication, such as email, if the person to be contacted does not have luxury free time to talk.

We engaged Hua Kwang to renovate our study room and redo our toilet titles. Mr Pang is a easy accommodate person. We can see he is very experienced too! With just an ezlink card, and a blank paper, he can draw out the entire design for you. Prices and workmanship are superb. Highly recommended for new BTO owners!

Mr Pang is very nice and responsive, even though with circuit breaker situation, he tried his best to deliver to us timely. And the reno work is surprisingly good! We like our new Home very much! Thank you Mr Pang!

Unprofessional . He forgot we have changed the appointment date and he got angry and said he is suddenly " too busy" to come. Well guys, better stay away from them as they are evidently unreliable unapologetic with a short fuse.

i contacted them to ask for quote to redo my 4 room HDB kitchen cabinet and 2 bedrooms. Mr Pang came to view and we showed him what is required. He did not even take out his measuring tape to measure and says he KNOWS the length. This is so AMAZING! my kitchen cabinet is about 17 feet long! They are unprofessional company. Only interested to do BIG business. Small scale job not their faculty. P.S.for home owner, please do not waste your time to contact the if it is Small scale make over.

Arrange an appointment at the stipulated time and date. Did not turn up for the appointment and waste everyone time. Would not bother to engage such an unreliable contractor.

Thank you Mr Pang for providing us a team of competent staff. A special thanks to Mr Tan and Mr Heng for assisting as follows :- Mr Tan helped us to dismantle the wardrobe drawers and shelves eventhough it wasn't an easy task. Mr Heng, the tiler, assisted us to shift out our storage items. He did a good job on his wall tiling works with a professional finish.

We engaged Mr Pang to dismantle our feature wall in the living room. He was very accommodating when we had to change our original date for the project. On the day itself, they arrived within the time agreed and took less than an hour to finish the job, including clearing the debris. A fuss-free and seamless process. A job well done! Thank you Mr Pang

Have asked Mr Pang to do carpentry work in my room and hall. he finished measuring in 15 minutes but did not follow up after that. I called him 3 days later to ask about the job and he told me he has no manpower for the job. Could have called me earlier or told me on the spot that he is not interested so that I need not wait and can move on instead.

I try to get quotations for my house to do kitchen racks. Kitchen and service yard flooring and also build in wardrobe for bedroom. i was asked to show photos. Upon seeing photos, they realised i just renovated my house recently. i wanted to find a reliable and within my budget hence was recommended to them. But guess what's their reply to me? 'why don't you get your contractors to do it? My boss wont be interested to do this small job.' I'm totally shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism. flooring, kitchen racks and build in wardrobe small job? my friend whom recommended me did just build in wardrobe and thats not small? Totally shocked at the way they reply and lack of professionalism.

Mr Pang is very experienced and highly skilled in what he does. The quality of the carpentry works is excellent. Hua Kwang was able to accommodate all my requests and were able to complete the job despite the tight deadlines they were given. The after sales and follow up after completing the job was prompt and very professional. I will not hesitate to engage them again.

Good experience with Mr Pang and the team. Very responsive to our questions and also quite accommodating. Glad that they were able to keep the whole renovation within our budget and still manages to finish the work in a reasonable time. Workmanship is good and we're glad to have them as our contractor!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for an excellent renovation work for my house. You have been very prompt to do the necessary corrective actions.I know I am not the most easy customer but you have shown great patience and professionalism in all the changes. My visitors including friends and relatives who have seen your works have also told me it is a job more than well done! I are very pleased and happy, and will definitely provide strongest recommendations to anyone that is interested to do home renovation.

Terrible service. Kept us waiting for a quotation but didnt get back to us even after many text reminders. Finally got him over the phone and replied nonchalantly about being unable to do our work. What a terrible attitude in service.

I got a few quotations for my reno and was won over by Hua Kwang due to their prompt and sincere response on whatsapp. They were accomodating to every request that I had and the workmanship was beyond amazing, especially the kitchen cabinet. Their designs are simple and practical (not the high end designer type) but their excellent customer service is what makes them stand out. I will definitely engage them again. ~ may choy

Overall very responsive on whatsapp and what I really like is that both father and son team are honourable in the way they conduct business - made good on all shortfalls without complain or charges. For us it was replacing the kitchen tap disposed by accident and remounting my kitchen sink that was incorrectly done the first try. That gave us alot of assurance of recommending Hua Kwang to our friends and family. They are not interior designers, so best to set expectation right and have a good idea of what you want in terms of layout and colours.

Hang up on me when he said cannot do the job. Unprofessional individual.

Splendid workmanship that exceeded expectation. Fast delivery within 4-5 week, Responsive to last minute request, The price is reasonable rate, lowest rate in market after comparing several companies, in fact i think it's definitely worth the value. The only thing you need to take note is to tell them the cabinet shelf height, otherwise you might to to remove one level to make space for cooking oil bottle.

Really glad me and my wife engaged Hua Kwang Furniture as our contractor for our first BTO! Great experience dealing with Mr Pang, very friendly and helpful. Throughout the entire renovation period, he was 24/7 contactable and provided us with many renovation advice and tips. Both of us were very held up with work, but i am glad everything turned out well under the hands of Mr Pang. The quality of the carpentary works were also really good! Everything was above expectation. Knowing we had a tight schedule, Hua Kwang also managed to complete our project in time! We are very happy customers and definitely if there is any renovation in future, it will always be Hua Kwang Furniture! Great Work!
