We want to express our sincere appreciation to Bideas Creation for transforming our home. From day one, their friendly advice and clear explanations made the entire renovation process seamless. We're thrilled with how everything turned out. Communication was top-notch—they kept us informed at every stage with WhatsApp updates, complete with pictures and videos. Any changes requested were also quickly made without any complaints. Special thanks to Joy, Terry, Alan, Tommy, Derick, Ivan, and the whole team for their dedication.

I would like to give Bideas Creation a 5-star review for their excellent workmanship and positive attitude throughout my renovation. The carpentry work is very well done, and I’m happy with the overall quality. Their team was also responsive, patient, and pleasant to work with. There were a few instances of miscommunication that led to some mistakes, but to their credit, they took responsibility and rectified the issues. I also feel that as homeowners, we should actively check the work instead of relying entirely on the contractor. Good communication from both parties helps ensure the best outcome. Overall, what matters most iis the quality of the work and their willingness to make things right. Keep up the good work, Bideas Creation!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my contractor Samson and his team for the excellent renovation of my resale 2 room unit. From the beginning to the completion of the project, everything was carried out smoothly and professionally. The team demonstrated great workmanship in every aspect of the renovation, including carpentry, electrical wiring, bathroom hacking, tiling, painting, and finishing works. Every detail was completed with care and high quality. What impressed me most was their excellent coordination and teamwork. They communicated well, kept me updated on the progress, completed the work 2 weeks before schedule and promptly addressed any questions or minor issues. The entire renovation process was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the final outcome. My home looks beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship speaks for itself. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional renovation team. Thank you once again for the outstanding service and dedication.

Huge thanks to Samson and his team at BIdeas Creations! From the start, they were super responsive and always delivered right on time—sometimes even the very next day after I confirmed a request. Samson went the extra mile to make sure everything was done smoothly and professionally, with clear and transparent cost estimates, realistic timelines, working towards minimizing downtimes where possible - a very thoughtful customer focus gesture. I started with a small project for my living area, but after engaging with them was so impressed with their professionalism that I trusted him to expand the work into my bedroom and kitchen. During the tear down of my current carpentry, the team carefully yet skillfully dismantled everything in a flash and even helped with disposal of my old items. I was a bit hesitant to proceed with my kitchen makeover for fear of the hacking and electrical and pipings works involved. Samson gave me the needed space to consider carefully and shared his honest opinions along with a quote within my budget expectations. The entire hacking experience turned out so seamless as his team showed up promptly cleared up all debris with the floor protection even removing my appliances with care. Samson solved my storage issues and optimized the space beautifully. What I really appreciate is that Samson listens carefully, provides friendly service, and never pushes unnecessary ideas. If you are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused service, BIdeas is your best bet!

Leaving Samson a 5 star review although I didn’t proceed with his services in the end. Samson has been prompt and responsive throughout the entire process, and he always took the time to answer my many questions patiently and in a very timely manner. His quotations are also clearly itemised and broken down, so you know exactly what you're paying for with no hidden costs. For works outside his scope which require subcontractors, Samson was very transparent and upfront about the pricing involved instead of simply bundling everything together. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout. In fact, it was a very difficult decision for us, as we had a genuinely positive experience dealing with him. Although we eventually went with another option that suited our project requirements better, the decision was by no means a reflection of Samson's service. Would definitely recommend Samson to anyone looking for a responsive and transparent contractor!

Engaged Samson and his team for my home's carpentry works, and I'm glad I did. My kitchen countertop had already been completed with tiles, so Samson and his team did their best to accommodate our needs and work around the existing setup. As first-time homeowners, we also appreciated the knowledgeable advice and practical insights they shared throughout the process. Like any renovation project, there were a few minor hiccups along the way. I appreciated how quickly the team responded, took ownership of the issues, and returned on the next available day to rectify them. A personal shout-out to Alan (Ah Wai) and Prakash, who went the extra mile whenever I needed assistance and always did their best to help resolve any issues that came up. Really appreciate all the help and support throughout the project 😊 Overall, a dependable and reliable team with transparent pricing, prompt communication, and a strong sense of accountability. Happy and satisfied with my final products!

A big thank you to Samson and his team for the amazing work on our home renovation journey. We entrusted him with our house key while we were working overseas, and within just 2 months, they transformed our place into the dream home we had envisioned. Throughout the process, Samson was responsible, responsive, and professional, constantly updating us and making sure every detail was well taken care of even from afar. Renovating while overseas could have been stressful, but his team made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. Really grateful for the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship put into our home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy renovation team.

We had a great experience working with Samson for our home renovation (carpentry, flooring, and electrical works). From the start, he was very responsive and patient in addressing our many questions, which made the whole process much less stressful. He also offered practical, honest advice whenever we were unsure about certain decisions, which we really appreciated as homeowners going through renovation for the first time. The quality of the carpentry work was especially impressive — everything feels solid, well-built, and thoughtfully done. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

Samson from Bideas has been a joy to work with. He and his team handled electrical and carpentry works while we were already living in our place, and the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Samson gave thoughtful, practical advice on details such as light wattage and placement, as well as cabinet configuration, which was extremely helpful. Despite the project being scheduled during the festive year-end period and leading into Chinese New Year, he remained highly responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule, completing the project efficiently. His workers were professional and considerate, taking care to minimise disruption and contain dust and debris with protective sheets during drilling. They also offered useful on-site recommendations, paying close attention to small details. The workmanship on our built-in cabinet was excellent and they were able to cut a metal pegboard to size and install it neatly inside a pull-out drawer based on my requirements. We’re truly happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Samson and his team for the wonderful work they did redoing my kitchen cabinet that was almost 30 years old. My biggest worry was how long it would take and how messy it would be when the old cabinet was dismantled. However, the team did an excellent job with it. The dismantling was fast and the team cleared the debris well. During the dismantling one of my electric point cover broke and it was replaced for free. The whole work from dismantling to putting up the new cabinet to the installation of the kitchen top took exactly 6 days to complete. The carpentry work was excellent and i appreciate how Samson suggested a bifold door for my corner cabinet so that we could reach the back of it to store bulky items easily. I appreciate the updates shared on a group chat Samson created to check in with the team on progress, any instructions for the team lead and any feedback or questions i had. I truly appreciate Samson and his team’s professionalism in carrying out the work. Thank you.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Samson & team for the extraordinary work they put into building our dream home. From the very beginning, their carpentry skills stood out—not only for their precision and quality, but for the care and pride clearly poured into every detail. Each piece they crafted helped shape our home into something far more beautiful than we ever imagined. What truly made the experience exceptional was their responsiveness and willingness to listen. No question was ever too small, and no request ever felt like an inconvenience. They were always just a message or call away, ready with thoughtful solutions and reassuring guidance. Their consistent communication made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We also want to highlight their talent in optimizing the position & placements of lightings, furniture and fans. They understood our style even when we struggled to put it into words, and they offered ideas that elevated each space while staying true to what we envisioned. Their design sense brought warmth, personality, and harmony to our home. Samson & team played an unforgettable role in turning our dream into reality. We are sincerely thankful for their hard work, expertise, and genuine commitment. We couldn’t imagine building our home with anyone else!

Poor after sales service. I engaged Bideas in Aug 2024 for living room carpentry which was completed in Nov 2024. My quotation covered 1 year warranty for all cabinets. I experienced minor issues with a cabinet door and a drawer which could not close tightly and we could not fix these by ourselves. I requested Samson to send someone to fix these, but he came up with all sorts of reasons to reject me. Initially, he said he could said send someone, but there will be a $120 transport fee. Apparently I’m not covered under the 1 year warranty because he counted it from Aug 2024 (date of signing the quotation) when a logical person would count from the completion date i.e. Nov 2024. He also said that nothing is spoiled, and that the soft closing is working. I don't think it's fair that the warranty coverage was determined solely at the discretion of the supplier, especially based on how minor they perceive the issue to be. While the workmanship is generally fine apart for the issues I encountered, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I was disappointed by the after sales service and the lack of clarity around warranty terms.

Big compliments to Samson and his team throughout the process, from the pre-planning to execution of the renovation works. Samson and crew are very knowledgable and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we are receiving the proper knowledge of the do's and don'ts around the works and with their candid personalities, things were very easily communicated. The team is also very customer oriented and respond very fast. Recommended

My brother recommended me to Bideas - Samson, the experience was a good one. I am happy with how the renovation turned out for my super bright green kitchen! His team was professional even when there were mistakes, it was rectified immediately. Renovating any part of your home is never easy, there are ups and downs with scheduling and miscommunications, however overall, I had a good experience with Bideas, thank you and yes, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Bideas Creation and especially Samson for delivering an outstanding renovation experience for my home. From the very first consultation to the final handover, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for my needs as a homeowner. What truly stood out was their fast turnaround time — the entire project was completed in just 1.5 months, which is impressive given the scope of work involved. Despite the tight schedule, there was no compromise on quality. Every detail was executed with precision, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Another point worth highlighting is their ability to work within my budget while still offering the best possible design and material options. Samson provided me with honest, practical, and professional advice, ensuring that every dollar was well-spent. He struck the perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness — something many contractors struggle to achieve. Beyond the core renovation works, Samson and his team also went the extra mile by helping to arrange the installation of my TV and electrical appliances, which made the entire move-in process so much smoother. These small but thoughtful gestures really show how committed they are to giving their clients a worry-free experience. I was also impressed with their custom carpentry solutions. Instead of pushing for trendy designs or their own preferences, Samson carefully listened to my lifestyle needs and offered personalized recommendations that truly fit my day-to-day living. This level of attentiveness made the final outcome not just beautiful, but also practical and uniquely suited to my home. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results. Bideas Creation and Samson have proven to be a trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused renovation partner. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a smooth, value-for-money, and stress-free renovation journey.

Exceptional Cabinetry Work - Transformed Our Executive Condo! We are absolutely thrilled with the cabinetry work completed by Bideas Creations Pte Ltd in our executive condominium. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. The project involved “entrance and living room cabinetry” and “suspended TV console”. The team took the time to understand our vision for our modern EC and provided fantastic suggestions to maximize both style and storage, which is crucial in a condo. The craftsmanship is of outstanding quality. The finishes are flawless, the hardware feels robust, and everything fits perfectly. The attention to detail, especially around corners and fittings, is awe-inspiring. It’s clear they use good materials and take great pride in their work. We particularly want to commend “the founder – Mr Samson Khoo” and “the senior carpenter – Mr Zhi” for their exceptional service. They were responsive and patient with our questions. The installation team was also fantastic—they were punctual, clean, respectful of our space, and incredibly skilled. The final result has not only elevated the aesthetic of our home but has also provided us with incredibly functional and innovative storage solutions. It was worth every penny, and we would not hesitate to recommend Bideas Creations Pte Ltd to anyone looking for top-tier cabinetry work. Thank you for helping us create our dream home!

Samson provided me with expert guidance. His team works fast & efficient. The production, delivery & installation was fast too. Communication & site management was clear. All functions of the cabinet & wardrobe are great, no problems so far. First, I thought having no handles would be inconvenient, but it turned just opposite, it is very easy to use.

Chanced across Bideas creations on Facebook and decided to contact them for quotes. Liaise with Michelle. She has been very responsive. She came down quickly to go through what we wanted. Most of the communications are done via Watsapp. Very happy with the final outcome of the renovation. Coordination was easy and Carpentry work is good. Highly recommend! Thank you!

1. I requested for additional samples for laminates and vinyls as I couldn’t find the ones that I wanted from the sample given. Instead of getting more for me, they told me to go down myself to the supplier’s warehouse at different locations to get it. This is despite sending them the colours that I was looking for. Worse, after telling them when I will be going down, the warehouse was closed on that day. Wasted my hours of travelling time. 2. Upon completion of renovation, debris was not collected back before the cleaners I engage came to cleanup the place. I reminded them but nobody came to collect the debris left. I had to throw away the debris by myself. 3. There were few touch ups needed but none was done. Out of goodwill I gave the final payment but they never came back after that despite reminders. 4. No consistent updates was given during the duration of renovation. They only contacted me if there was issues that needed my confirmation. I had to ask for updates myself.

Had an awesome experience with Bideas! Samson and his team were professional, and efficient, and they were patient to clarify whatever doubts I had. Despite the short timeline my family had, they completed the carpentry for our house in just over a week after finalizing the drawings.
