No replies on WhatsApp, no answering of calls. Not replying to msgs on lazada. Even collection address is wrong! I asked a lady in 08-42 & she mentioned that unit is not Lightguru. Bought on Lazada & arranged for self collection, but no answers at all. I am going to cancel my order. Please avoid at all cost. Managed to get what I wanted from another shop in Woodlands Mega itself & cheaper even.

Won’t recommend buying from this store.
I placed an online order with them, payed full amount upfront. I had to chase them for updates on the order and they’re very slow in responding. Tried WhatsApp, email and calling multiple times.
They also don’t fulfil their delivery promise. Website says the delivery is within 3-4 working days. After 3 working days, I still did not receive a confirmation email from them.
In the end, after finally getting a hold of them, I requested to refund my order.

Managed to find the old switches we were looking for from light guru. They are selling almost the full range so we were able to get everything from them to keep the consistent look in our home. I contacted Light Guru for rental reinstatement of my toilet floor trimming. the trimming was damaged by my cats and I had asked around for quotations and the quote provided by Light Guru was the lowest I found. the width of the trimming was not commonly found in Singapore, so the company sourced for a suitable one for me. eventually, once the trimming arrived in Singapore, Fong made an appointment with me and dropped by my rental unit to repair the trimming. I have attached the before and after pictures. Fong is very speedy and professional. I felt comfortable and fully trusted in his skills. Really thankful for LightGuru. I was initially quoted an exorbitant price for light switches by another party and decided to outsource myself. I needed it to be ready for pickup within 3 days.
