Sembawang Lighting House has been my go-to place for upgrades. Over the past year, I’ve done around six small projects with them, replacing fans and lights as needed. Everything was arranged easily through WhatsApp, and they even helped with same-day installation when I had urgent matters. Very responsive, transparent, and clear in their communication from the start. Most importantly, they don’t look at the size of your purchase — they genuinely focus on looking after you. Great people to work with.

2 ceiling fans installation. Problem lies with installer. Good service from sale representative, Ms Wendy. Able to provide some basic level of professional advise and helpful to check out the stock available. But non acceptable and unprofessional service from the installer which is apparently their regular freelance technicians. (RED Electrical Services PTE LTD, UEN: 202237289N) Lack proper electrical knowledge, yet try to pitch for more unrelated side jobs. Basic fan installation done but without proper consideration and follow-up to clear the debris properly.

This is my second time purchasing from this store, and I’m very happy with it again! The mosaic light is beautiful and gives off a nice glow. My previous purchase was the colourful version, which I also loved. I hope the seller will introduce more mosaic lights like this in different designs. Highly recommended!

Purchased online. Bought a Fanco Rito 56" 5blade. Even at speed 2 the wind is strong. LED light, 3 tone. Silent too. Electrician did the job in half an hour. Happy with the purchase. Rose gold colour is very nice.

The removal of my old ceiling fans and installation of the new ceiling fans was smooth and efficiently done. I opted for the Fanco fan, changed my switch board. The fan wind is strong, and it’s easy to use the remote. Overall, service and quality of the fans are great!

To be honest, I don’t even want to give a star. Had a bad experience on 28 June 2026 afternoon. In fact, I am a returning customer who purchased from them a few years back. Service back then was good. Perhaps their business has grown big and now they can’t be bothered with their product knowledge and service anymore. The timing was around 2 plus in the afternoon with no much crowd at all. The young girl should be in her late 20s, early 30s kind. I asked her to let us tried a few fans and to show us the difference between 2 types of stripe lighting and she rolled her eyes before switching it on for us! Well, I had tried to contain my anger then. The breaking point came after we asked her for comparison between crestars, bestars and another brands. All she said was “ All made in Singapore. All our fans are good.“. And her face also those can’t be bothered kind. Come on pls, all good then you need sales assistant for what? Standard answers everyone also can give. Why should customers buy from you then? Product knowledge zero, service attitude also zero.

A very pleasant experience with Sembawang Lighting especially the after sales servicing. My contractor threw the box without noticing the fan controller is attached securely on it and claimed the controller is missing. Called Sembawang Lighting to check despite delivery was a week ago. They were very helpful and acted swiftly to check and photo was sent. With their prompt action, my contractor was then able to recover the controller afterwards. Thank you , Sembawang Lighting.
