The technician who came, called Sam, was very professional in installation of replacement of my switches. He even went the extra mile of tidying up the area before completing his job. Very friendly and professional. Gave some very good advice on replacing any other old switches or sockets.

Fast response and great services for an emergency case as my living room light loosen and dropped down when I was doing some cleaning. The Electrican was really professional and get the it in 30 min and also provided some advises to maintain it. Price is reasonable as Electrican arrived in 45min

Had an electrical trip at a Saturday night and called for SK Electrical. An electrician arrived within 30min. The electrician, Haq, was very helpful to explain the cause of the trip and helped to install the LED driver correctly for us, solving the root cause of the trip.

🚫 The pricing was only disclosed after the job was completed, which shows a lack of transparency and integrity. A simple installation of switch cost $80 and transportation $45 and a piece of $2 plastic casing marked up to $40. Can someone justify these charges for me? I genuinely want to know what exactly I’m paying for.

I engaged SK Electrical after experiencing power trips at home. When requesting a quote, I explicitly asked for the cost of having someone come down for a check. They quoted $60 for "Technician attend and transport" and stated that any repairs or replacements would be quoted on-site. However, once the technician completed the check, the total came out to $100. They added an extra $40 troubleshooting fee without informing me beforehand or seeking approval before starting the internal inspection. When I questioned this, they claimed the $60 fee only covers a "visual check" and any internal testing carries an extra charge—details that were never disclosed in the initial quote. While the technician arrived promptly, the lack of pricing transparency is disappointing. A call-out fee should either cover basic diagnostics or additional costs must be clearly communicated before the work begins. I recommend getting all diagnostic and checking fees explicitly detailed in writing before booking their service.

I called Mr Shanmugam to engage his services on a Sunday afternoon, after calling few other electricians without any avail. He sent a team down which arrived within an hour and issue was resolved within 15 minutes (MCB replacement). The pricing was also reasonable ($220 in total) for a Sunday call-out job (in my opinion.) Electrician Tamil was polite and helpful to explain the problem onsite (good command of English)

Our room suddenly lost power at night and we were completely lost. I called SK Electrical at 930am the next day morning because i am unable to contact the promised electrical service in the morning. The admin, Priyanka, was very helpful and immediately offered to send someone down. She had explain the basic charges and also possible additional charges base on the survey on site. The electrician, Sam, arrived right on time. We had a tricky situation with a switch installed by an unknown previous contractor with no way to contact them, but Sam patiently checked our sockets room by room until he successfully found and resolved the issue. My wife and I are very impressed and agreed that we will definitely look for Sam for any future electrical problems. Highly recommended!

Very good service from Sam and he replaced all the circuit breaker module and tested the wiring to ensure there is no trip from the internal wiring and help to check throughly there is no short circuit as one of the switch plate not working previously last electrician never manage to fix it but sam is very experience and fix the problem for me which I in doubt at first but really solved all the electrical issue for me very satisfy with his service and expertise thought the price doesn’t come cheap almost 900 But at least he say got warranty for few month if any issue can look for him to fix it again So LL , expensive but more assurance will not trip again for another sleepless night with no electricity . Good job Sam and thank u for the fast response within an hour

My son's room light was flickering and I googled for an electrician. Upon reading the reviews I called up the company at 1.30pm and provided the video of the light. The electrician arrived within an hour and resolved my issue! Price is reasonable but most imptly they are able to come asap.

My DB had a neutral wire burned out at 1am, I just moved into my HDB less than a year, found out initial electrician did not tighten the neutral wire, caused a loose connection and almost burned my house down, called SK electrical and they promptly came over and diagnosed the issue, no hidden cost, anything needs to be done is said beforehand and price quoted, so far no issues for me for service and was professional and rectified within 20 mins. Definitely need to call for check every 6 months from them. Don't neglect your DB, it's dangerous. Pictures are when my neutral wire burned and after it was rectified within 20 mins at 1am.

Really good experience with SK Electrical. special shout out to Sam, who was really patient in trying to identify what is causing my MCB to trip. Although in the end we could not verify the cause, i can see that they did their utmost effort to ensure all that can be check has been checked Very good service and will definitely recommend Sam and SK electrical for those that need electrician

Had to engage them for urgent electricity trip in the middle of the night. Have used them twice, managed to fix the problem, came down very quickly. Price is slightly on the high side, l each repair was $400+, once to change a circuit breaker, another time to replace a faulty plug. That being said, their response time is always very fast, they came down to my unit within 30-40min each time. Would recommend for urgent jobs.

My water heater caused a power trip last night. I whatsapp the boss in the morning and he replied me very quickly. Within an hour, his technician, Haqau, turned up at my place. Haqau helped to solve my problems within 2 hours. He explained to me why my powerbox was not properly installed according to the industrial standards and recommended that I replaced several components. I'm very grateful for your services.

be very carefull to use these guys. make sure they explain the fees and extra charges. otherwise they will happy proceed and expect payment. my experience: i was told "If need any repair or replace any part my technician will explain on the spot about the cost". so when he continued checking i assumed there would be no further cost. particularly since the diagnosis was just that my water heater was causing the trip and that it was not my ac. there was nothing wrong with my electrical system. i was charged extra to for this and this was not explained to be before proceeding. nothing was fixed or repaired. just feel taken advantage of.

Sam dropped by on time and resolved the issue fast. Informed me that the switch is old and he has a ready spare on standby. Replaced the switch and DB box which was also old before lunch.
