Really thankful for the great service! We needed urgent help with installation of a part for my heater, and chanced upon positive reviews for Neal & team. Neal was super prompt with his replies, very helpful, and even arranged for his team to come at a timing that worked for me. Uncle Chua from the team was also efficient and installation was done nicely. Really appreciate the effort and hassle-free service. Highly recommend Neal & team!

Engaged with Neal after referral from group residents of our new bto. Super responsive and swift. Professional in his work and goes extra mile for customers! Had known Neal since Poly times where our CCAs had our cross-Polytechnic trainings. We don't talk much but I knew he was doing these renovation works through his Facebook posts and decided to engage his help to change some of my HDB's switches which are old, some were cracking and some are faulty. The prices he offered were very much affordable compared to the ones my mom found. Neal even offered to help solve my lighting issue for free when I told him about it. The technician he sent was very competent and did his job very quickly and all the replacement worked perfectly. Definitely a great choice for your works in the future!

I found Neal when I was looking for Electrical works after starting my renovation and his service and after sales had been nothing but exceptional. Joelle and him were always trying their best to facilitate the works with Uncle and helpful to rectify issues. They went out of the way to advise or help on some issues that I was having with my other contractors/handyman too. My only regret would be not getting to know about them and the firm when I was comparing the IDs and Renovation Contractors, otherwise it might have been a less stressful/expensive renovation journey for me. 🥲

I am a repeat customer. Engaged Neal to do electrical works in my mums house. After getting married, got my own place, called neal again to work on my new launch. Now my mother in law is impressed and will be getting him to do some works in her house. Neal really puts customers needs above sales. Even suggested a lower cost option when he felt tat it will meet my needs better. His workmanship is also good. Very transparent in his pricing.
