Engaged 1Stop Waterproofing to waterproof the walls, toilet and roof gutter Sept/Oct 2025. My place is about 40 years old with the last major reno was done 20 years ago. They sent the supervisor down to survey and inspect the scope of work needed. I explained my issues and the supervisor immediately knew what was needed to be done. The company sent the list of work needed in great details and the quote the next day. The workers took 2 days to complete the work and they took care to cover my furniture, beds etc before they started work and also to clean up after. Overall I am satisfied with the work done. Thank you

I’ve engaged 1 Stop Waterproofing a few times. For various properties. Stephen is always incredibly responsive, very efficient and highly responsible. Responsive. He responds to msgs within five mins and can usually activate workers for a job the next day. Efficient. He would send a worker down for onsite survey within a day or two, send over the quotation and job scope with photos within the same day and often can commence work the next day. Waterproofing is understandably a difficult job. Esp with the tropical downpours we get in SG. So I don’t judge the work merely by what’s done on the day, but rather on the Aftersales service. Stephen and his team provided very prompt follow up action whenever a trouble spot recurs. Service par excellence. Waterproofing much needed in many old properties too.

Stephen and crew were super prompt, proactive and efficient. Loved that I could WhatsApp them anytime and in less than 24 hrs they send guys down to check and rectify. The actual work of waterproofing my basement ceiling actually required work on the front patio upstairs. His staff were professional, neat and tidy. No complaints at all!!!

Mr. Stephen Tan did leaking repair jobs in my apartment in Kim Sia Court -9 Jalan Jintan for few occasions in different locations. Living room, study room and bathroom. Being an old freehold condominium aggressive leaks are inevitable. He spearheads an extremely capable and efficient team of workers who do the job diligently and pay attention to every detail. They are very mindful of the surrounding furniture and glass ware cabinets and take utmost precautions. They will protect my marble flooring and ensure the walls are not damaged. They will protect the fragile items in the environment. Below are photos of the before and after of the tasks done. Mr. Stephen is always accessible, contactable, responsive and accountable. It is not easy to find an accountable plumbing expert and I strongly recommend his team for leak related concerns which can be nerve wrecking. Dr. Sonal
