Engaged Terence from Waffen Waterproofing to resolve water seepage into my master bedroom, with damp patches and weeds growing along the external wall. Terence gave professional alternatives on the initial inspection that I could consider before deciding on engaging Waffen Waterproofing. The work was carried out on time, efficiently, and affected areas were properly sealed. Very satisfied with the overall service and workmanship.

I first used Waffen Waterproofing (Mr Swan) in early 2024 to fix a longstanding waterproofing problem due to a leaky shower. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and the work was completed, with some follow up work to touch up the initial work. Since then, I used Waffen Waterproofing (Mr Swan again) for a house renovation including waterproofing fix near a pool area, re-grouting of a pool area, outdoor deck re-waterproofing, bathroom tile leak fix. I would highly recommend their services: 1. Fast response time (one case I contacted late at night and had the problem fixed by the end of the next day) 2. Clear diagnosis of problem 3. Clear communication - photos, videos 4. Vey reasonable price 5. Overall professional service - the team takes care of the work site, tidies up after themselves, happy to come back and do rectification/touch up if required and help with small tasks if requested

Contacted Waffen Waterproofing via their website and Swan responded within the same day. He came to view my bathrooms which have leakage issues and advised on what can be done. I wanted a hack-free solution. As I needed two bathrooms fixed, he advised that they be done of separate days, as there is a 48 hour curing period for the injected membrane when bathroom cannot be used. On each of the two days, the workers came very promptly and did the work efficiently. They were polite and knew what they were doing. They also take videos of where there are weaknesses in the floor and the compound comes through when they're injecting it into the small holes drilled into the gap between tiles. They even reapplied grouting for the tiles. On the whole, I'm happy with the experience and the service provided, and the team that did the work. Would highly recommend. There is a 12mth warranty on the work, but hope the waterproofing lasts longer!!

Satistify with Waffen Waterproofing service to solve water leaking in my Master bathroom to the unit below. Technical Sales Engineer Swan come and did a thorough inspection with thermal sensor and pointed out where is the potential leakage problem and suggested the solution. We decided on pressured infusion and already fixed the appointment that weekend. Technician came that weekend and did a great service. They are very carful even cover the master bathroom during the whole session. Small holes are drilled, and with a pumping equipment solution are pumper into the floor to filled the water leaking gap. Post treatment is properly done, technicians replaces the simen gap, and the whole toilet is same as before, hardly see the differences. I can hardly see the drill holes at the beginning I am satisfy with the their service.

I had Jeffrey who responded to my inquiry during the weekend because the kitchen sink was placed properly by my renovation contractor resulting in mold growing in the kitchen sink cabinet. On Monday evening, he came to inspect the kitchen sink and suggested to seal the gaps on the surrounding sink. We agreed on the price of sealing the gap. He advised me on the date and time for his workers to come and fix the problem. On the actual day, the workers came and sealed the gap. They did it professionally. They also helped me to re-seal the silicon on the edge of the sink wall. I am really impressed with the workmanship of Jeffrey's workers. Of course, I will approach Jeffrey if I have other waterproofing issues in my house.

A representative from Waffen Waterproofing replied to my online query quite fast. We arranged for him to come down to do onsite checking on Saturday morning. I texted him at 9.30am that Saturday asking what time he would come. He replied me at 11am and asked if he could come next Saturday instead. I told him most likely cannot and asked what time he could come that Saturday. Waited till 11.40am but no response at all. I had to reschedule another appointment and waited for him. I cancelled the arrangement with him as I had to go elsewhere. Next time please let customer know early if you cannot make it. If he doesn't care about small matter such as respecting people's time then I will not be able to trust him to do the repair job.
