I engaged XRY for waterproofing and exterior painting of my landed house recently and am quite satisfied with their services. I wish to commend two of the workers Naon and Rajah (spelling might not be accurate), especially Rajah who worked diligently in the project from beginning to the end. He is quite competent and his work exceeded my expectations in some area. I would engaged the company for future work if needed. The only complaint I have is that their workers couldn't speak English and hard to communicate.

We have engaged XRY for grouting, wall painting as well as to make good of the wooden door with cement due to some water seepage issues in the bathroom. The initial contact via whatsapp was prompt and fast. The icing on the cake was the 3 employees who were sent over for the past 3 days. They are dedicated to their work. For the 3 days of work, there were 2 days when they worked till 7pm so that they can complete the project on time. It was a pleasure engaging the company!

Outstanding Service Beyond Warranty – Truly Reliable!** I cannot recommend XRY Waterproofing and Plumbing enough! Even though our warranty had expired, their team responded swiftly, professionally, and with genuine care to address our issue. From the first call, they were empathetic, eager to analyze the problem, and quick to schedule an appointment to inspect it thoroughly. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction, even outside of warranty obligations. They prioritized solving the problem over anything else, and their transparency and willingness to help put us at ease immediately.
