Being a meticulous person, cleanliness is of utmost importance to me!!! The restoration work done by them after the small fire, which left soot dust everywhere, was truly commendable!!! I am grateful for their reasonable quote from Mr suriya he was quick to response to all my queries! I mean I call him on the day of the incident he came next day and arrange cleaning work to be done asap.. there wasn’t a delay!!! Workers came on time :)) thank you their dedicated staff esp. sohag he took pride in his work.. directed the cleaning work in an orderly manner…👍 Thank u Mr suriya for helping me to request for double cleanse of my turf carpet. I have engaged 1A Decon for "Mould Cleaning service" and am very glad I engaged them for the job. I like how systematic the team works. Protective layer done for all our furniture and furnishings first then removing the mould. Clean, coat with anti-mould treatment and painting our ceilings and wall thereafter. I had recently engaged 1A Decon for mold cleaning for our kitchen ceiling where laundry is hung. I appreciate how swift they were to respond despite me reaching out to them on a Sunday afternoon (they came over the following Tuesday). I did not opt for repainting services with them due to us having already arranged external painters for our entire unit way before this and had checked with the technical team, before booking their service, that there would be no issue even if we don't have the area painted by them immediately. I was told it would be fine as long as it's painted over by anti-mold base and top coat paint within two weeks (which it was). They did a great job at cleaning the area, even helping us with our toilet ceiling at no surcharge, as we had only noticed it after booking them. However, I noticed that there seemed to be new mold growing after two days and thus reconnected with the team to ask if it was supposed to happen so soon. They took longer to respond this time (granted, monsoon season is peak season) and upon my following up with them, I got a 'kindly repaint as soon as possible'. It didn't answer my question so I probed again and this time the technical team called me and said they would drop by again to take a look as he was just as surprised. I then arranged with them to come on the second last day when our painters were around the following week so that they can paint the area on their last day after 1A Decon was done touching up. However, to my utmost surprise, I returned home that evening and was informed by my family that the team did not turn up at all as agreed and no one from 1A Decon had bothered to inform me. Checked in with the CS / Sales team again and the technical team called me the next morning to arrange to drop by at 11am (painters' last day with us), only to receive another call 10 minutes later to be told that they won't be coming anymore cuz apparently the team had already told my family when they were done cleaning previously that they had cleared 80% of the mold, 20% being the stains left behind and we need to repaint ASAP. I was told that it would be fine since we were already going to paint over the area - totally ignoring the fact that we have to clean it AGAIN to be able to do that. Was also told that the team had apparently started on another project then, probably why they couldn't deploy them. At the end of the day, I basically spent a few hundred to have mold cleaned for two days (or maybe even lesser, actually) and a whole bout of inconvenience (all the back and forth arrangement with our painters which I had to do remotely) which could've been avoided if they had told me what they did in their final call right from the start. Perhaps it was miscommunication within the teams, but that shouldn't have been at the expense of the customer; nor should they have offered post-service care (which I had appreciated initially) that they cannot keep to. Our painters helped us with the cleaning in the end and hopefully we won't have to deal with it for a long, long time but if we ever do again, I would most definitely seek alternatives elsewhere.

Asked for assistance through their whatsapp number late at night for mould on the sofa and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer. Cleaning was organised within 2 days and was done quickly. 1A DECON company and contractors are very professional in their work and the way they handled the mold remediation works at our home. It was a pleasant and easy communication of expectations to them. The painters did an excellent job in finishing and touching up work as well. Affordable charges for their services among other companies. They went the extra mile to recommend us what can we do to prevent mold from coming back and checking of our premises once again before the start of their work. All in all, we will definitely recommend their professional service to all those who seems to have issues in their house with regards to mold or disinfection work.

They helped to seal the sockets; lightings etc with masking tapes to prevent from the wet paint. Completed the service efficiently in abt 3-4 hrs time. After completion, they helped me to move the furnitures back to its original position.

First time engaging their services after looking online. Spotted mold on my bedroom ceiling and approached 1A Decon for a quote for mold removal via their Whatsapp - their response were relatively quick and rate provided was reasonable for services rendered (wiping, bio-fogging, repainting). The worker who came was punctual, polite and friendly, and got the job done in a few hours - also appreciated that he was extra careful when painting to avoid the lights and fans. He even did me a favour by cleaning my fan! Do note that the paint fumes are rather strong so do keep your children and pets out of the way until after the paint has dried. My ceiling looks good after the paint job - hopes it stays this way as I was informed that this would help to prevent mold regrow for at least 2-3 years if humidity level is good! Thank you.
