Did not turn up for scheduled appointment. No response with call and text. Pl avoid

Schedule the plumber and only update that he will be late when text. Schedule to later time and didn't update again till message again say cannot make it today. Waste the whole Saturday. Not recommended and not professional. Lucky to chance here to realize it's unprofessional and didn't engaged the service.

Called them for water tank heater repair. They came promptly and onsite quoted me $13xx for a new tank replacement job. Told him this price sounded expensive but he insisted is licensed plumber job. I went ahead with the job but on second thought felt it's really way too expensive. I quickly checked with other licensed plumber and the price quoted was only half of that. I told him to stop work immediately and paid him $100 for 'labour' which is only dismantling of 2 short pipes. This company charges way too high that is out of normal market price range.

Very unprofessional service and Overcharges massively... Avoid at all cost!!!!!!! Engaged them to check a water leakage which resulted in a change of the tap.. and i was charged a 210 dollars for a simple turn and install action. They also changed my toilet WC flushing system and i was charged 280 for just changing 2 small parts ... i can basically buy and install a new toilet bowl at this price Before they started work, i tried refusing and negotiate the price down but was asked to pay 80 dollars transport fee instead... Whatever things they say on their website is mostly fabricated... the no. of days in the warranty, price table, google reviews? etc... Upon confrontation afterwards, they refuse to look into the matter and stop replying. Literally the worse service (scam!) i ever encountered. i hope their families are proud of them...

Do not engage their service as their after sales support is TERRIBLE. Instead of helping me to solve the problem that leaking surfaced after getting them to install a flushing system for my toilet, the owner keep emphasizing to me it is not their fault and uses hokkien profanities and accused me of cheating him. This was even though it is within the 7 days warranty. Do not get conned by his "expert" advice as well as it is probably his method of quoting lower than what the actual works required. The plumber that came did not agree with the agreed quoted scope of work and asked for additional charge.

Called to check about a WC issue I was facing. The guy speaking asks me to talk fast and explain the issue quickly. Later he quoted 80$ to visit and check, for which I replied, sure I will think and confirm, for which he got agitated and started saying, no money to check then why are you calling. Thank god, I didn't avail their service. Final thoughts: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this plumber. They came down yesterday, diagnosed the problem wrongly - which we later found out, charged for transport. They were supposed to come down again today at 11am, didn't appear, and when chased, simply stated that plumber was delayed and will come between 1-3pm. As our problem spanned level 1 & level 2, we had to arrange for a few parties to be present, and being a no-show meant we wasted many people's time. When called, they hung up on me. And kept putting down my calls thereafter. DO NOT USE THEM

Charging us $107 to tighten the pipe without changing any parts at all. I asked for an explanation and they told us that everything in singapore is expensive. This is ridiculous. I wouldnt mind paying 50 60 just for the transport and trouble but without changing anything, they charge us $107!!!!
