They are suppose to return $100 deposit after returning the boxes. Till now they r still not collecting it and are also not contactable. They also damaged my sofa while moving it. I have paid a total of $588.

I don’t know who gave all the 5 stars to this company but definitely not me. My client arranged a moving service on 8th Nov and was expected boxes to be delivered on 6th, between 12noon to 1pm No one turned up and we tried to call all 3 contact numbers the whole afternoon. No one responded to the whatsapp either. Finally someone called back in the evening mentioning that he’s on medical leave. But all 3 numbers uncontactable ? Or only 1 person manning all 3 numbers? We engaged another firm to do the moving instead as we were in urgent need of a mover. Thanks 365!

Paid this company $100 deposit for using their cardboard boxes for my house moving, which will be refunded once I return them. I returned the boxes in August 2023. Was informed that my refund will be done in 3-5 working days. We are well into November 2023 and they still have not refunded my deposit, despite countless reminders on their whatsapp and instagram. They have also ignored our calls. Please do no engage their services.

Generally a good and responsible moving company but there were some hiccups along the way. Depending on who you reach out to, it will affect the speed of solving the issue. I will only focus on the positives. Jass is the star of this company she impresses me because she gives actual updates , is open about where the gaps are and commits to get things done. For the rest I wont comment. If we find the right people in this company to communicate with , things will be smooth. The movers themselves were good and professional. One point to improve- when customers call please pick up the phone. I am not sure why calls mostly went unanswered and only reply to messages but calls will give much more assurance. To mgmt- if you want to know which staff havent been performing, you know how to contact me. Thank you.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly, meticulous and efficient! Thanks to CK, Ifan, Alan and Raj who were careful and experienced with the way they moved the bulky furniture. Very good team work and very professional. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable mover.

They are fast and efficient but still handle my furniture properly. No ambiguity around the price. After moving, I did find a small damage on my dining table so I messaged James. He came to my place right away to check and is willing to take it to repairs. I appreciate his honesty and attitude, and didn't bother . Overall, highly recommend.

Chance upon 365 mover ad at my new bto . Contacted them for quote, very responsive by Ms Pat and reasonable quote. I would say their service is friendly and good, workers wrapped and dismantled my furnitures with care. Highly recommend to those who needs mover service. 😀👍👍👍

From enquiry, quote, coordination till checked how was move by Jass. Team led by Ah Boon were on time with call 15 mins earlier that they are on the way, movers friendly, experienced, fast, stacked and wrapped boxes, helpful with complimentary services to bring mattress, recliner sofa and some small items to basement for disposal on day of move! Highly recommended! Thank you very much!🙏😊

The team from 365 movers is professional, starting from the sale team to their movers. Engaged two days with them, all items are wrapped nicely, able to accommodate last minute changes, no hidden costs, swift on the day of the move. They are also very helpful towards old people, which they took the initiative to go beyond their responsibilities. Strongly recommend to engage them for anyone who needs to move house,

Have very good experience with this mover, got the contact from my friend who also has very very good experience with them. They are quick, responsive, accommodating and working with Jumari and team is a breeze and so much fun. I was super stressed because of the renovations and stuff. They helped me so much that I find it a joy working with them. :) No added stress. On top of that, their prices are fair and competitive. :) Sales and Ops teams are both efficient and I will strongly recommend them to everyone I know. P.s. In fact people who saw them work have already taken their contact ;)

A team of highly professional movers, awesome service with superb attitude. They helped to move my 40 ft container furniture with many antiques and collectors furniture and paintings without any scratches or any hiccups. I'll really like to give compliment for 365 Movers. I'm really lucky to chance upon this mover company when there's so many different mover company. Right from the beginning when checking with them on how the whole delivery works etc to the very actual day of moving, it was smooth sailing. The sales team have been very patience with explaining to me (as this is my first time moving house) all my enquiries. As for their moving team, they are very professional and swift when moving our things, can really see the team effort when they are moving around. Therefore, 365 movers really deserves all the credit for making my shift house experience a pleasant one. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends if they are looking for any mover company. With so many mover company out there, I hope their business continue to prosper well. Keep up the good work! *p.s. Ju's team helped us with our move yesterday. It was smooth and swift. They were punctual, polite, friendly and professional. As we have quite a lot of loose items, they helped us to stack up almost everything and shrink wrapped them nicely. They have gone the extra mile to help us as much as possible. Thanks Ju and team!

We are so impressed by 365 Movers, that I felt compelled by my conscience to write a good review for them. My family is doing a major renovation to our home and therefore we needed to shift all our furniture and stuffs to a storage warehouse. We had got some really bad experience with other movers in the past, and were very careful this time round in choosing a good and reputable one. We took a leap of faith after comparing them with other movers we found online as their prices were reasonable and the reviews were ok. You know this is a good company with good leadership when you see how the staffs work. When most of the staffs are unhappy and always complaining, and can’t bother much about their work, it is a sign that something is wrong. However, the team spirit that Ah boon and team exhibited really impressed me, and I knew that my decision to use 365 mover is correct. Ah Boon and team (sorry didn’t manage to get all their names) came on time and helped us with our moving. They came on time, even with their masks on, we could feel they are friendly and warm. We were not prepared at all with the moving, and before we knew what was happening, they had all our stuffs and furniture packed and wrapped already. They behaved like family with each other, were joyful and laughing with each other like brothers during their work. One of them got a cut very early on while shifting some stuffs, and the other guys told him to take care and rest and they would cover up for him. They were also very professional and efficient. Everyone was clear about their job scope, who was supposed to dismantle, who needed to do wrapping, who was the one in charge there and everyone listened to his instruction, the teamwork was just excellent. Attention to details, and going the extra mile for us was something that I had to commend them. My father has a huge solid wood table that was heavy and was almost the same dimensions as my main door. It was just difficult to get pass the door without bumping into my door or scratching the table against the frame. I highlighted to Ah boon that I had just changed my main door recently and it cost me quite a bit, so they did their best not to damage my door or the table. As a result of moving the table through tight spaces, they had to use a lot of energy and almost got themselves injured in the process. I could see Ah Boon’s veins on his neck and his agony, as he used all his energy to prevent the table from hitting the floor and the door frame. And yet again the same table caused them more work when they moved to the warehouse. As the movers were about to leave after everything had been settled and payment was done, I had a call from my father saying that he left his wallet in the drawer of the table. I tried to pacify him and told him its ok, as he could rely on me for money to pay for anything and also that the movers were going off and the table was very difficult to access at that point as it was placed in the storage full of our stuffs. Ah Boon and another young man heard our conversation, and offered to help us to retrieve it, climbing over heaps of stuffs. They could have just gone off as their work was done and it was not easy to climb over all those stuffs in the storage already. Their dedication and kindness really touched me. With staffs like Ah boon and team, there is no doubt they will become a big moving company in time to come. I know in the future, if I need moving services, 365 Movers will be the one to go to. Found them through a Google search, looked at their promo price and it was very reasonable, hence decided to give them a try. They were very responsive and quickly came by to do a quick assessment, boxes were provided on the spot. The price quoted to me was even lower than the promo price as my items were deemed to be half load. Shortly after on the same day, I ended up with some urgent matters in the office and had to reschedule, which was very quickly and efficiently settled. On the day of the move, they came on time, everything was handled very quickly and professionally, properly stacked and wrapped up on trolleys, loaded up the lorry. Unloading was equally efficient. One thing that could be improved was that some boxes going to different rooms were stacked and wrapped together, which they did not help to shift, the whole stack was left in a single location and I had to move the boxes on my own after they left. But for the price paid and my place is only a small HDB flat, I'll close an eye on this.

We engaged with them to move our apartment couple of weeks ago. Jason and the team worked diligently and fast. They arrived on time and finished moving our three-bedroom-apartment to the new place by noon. They wrapped the furnitures and all our items with protective wraps thoroughly to prevent any damage during movement. Was quite impressed by the team’s work. Definitely recommend them. And their prices are quite reasonable too. So two thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻
