Job well done by Walid and Polash👍👍👍

Poor workmanship and very disappointing service. The installers left plaster patches on the walls and failed to clean up after the job, see photos. Even worse, the installation quality was also substandard, resulting in a refrigerant/gas leak. Unprofessional and careless work. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!

All enquiry, question and issues are promptly handled and replied.Special thanks to Kamal and Vicky for the final compressor and blowers installation and Peiee for arranging of site visit, quotation, follow up and schedule the installation. Was very pleased with the work done by Muthu & Sawkat from 81 Aircon. Despite the small gap running from the masterbedroom to the master toilet, they were able to fit it nicely and make the hole compact. Would recommend them if you are looking for an aircon installer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent and Professional Service by Salim! I had a very good experience with Salim, who came to inspect and service my air-conditioning system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. Salim carefully checked my aircon units and compressor, topped up the gas, and removed the old and unnecessary parts. He took the time to explain the condition of my air-conditioning system and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was his professionalism and willingness to help. He did not rush through the job and made sure everything was properly inspected. He also kindly offered to check with his office and arrange for a quotation for me to upgrade change my current air-conditioning system to a System 2 setup. It is not easy to find a technician who is hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help customers. Salim provided excellent service and gave me confidence that my aircon issues were properly attended to. Highly recommended! Thank you, Salim, for your excellent service, professionalism, and helpful advice. I truly appreciate your assistance and look forward to receiving the quotation for the System 2 installation.

Peiee from 81 Aircon coordinated the entire process, from organising the site survey, quotation till installation. She is knowledgeable, prompt and responsive to all queries, clarifications and assurances of the company’s quality of service. She provided peace of mind for me to engage the company. Appreciation for her service. Team of Chamy, Najim and Nazmul completed installation of a System 4 and System 1 Mitsubishi Aircon for the apt. It included replacing the concealed aircon piping and insulation. Was not an easy job but all three were experienced in their task and roles. Job was meticulously and professionally executed. Thank you!
