   Install aircon: 20 April 1st time turn on aircon: 18 May (not cold) 1st fix aircon: 19 May Turn on aircon 1st time: 23 May (ok) Turn on aircon 2nd time: 29 May (not cold) Did a system 1 with this company as their price is good. Previously did system 2 with another company (totally no issues, aircon working well!) should have done with my previous aircon installation, but chose to try this company out but total regret! Sz aircon is just frustrating. Never believe this kind of thing will happen and they already fixed it once!!! Didn’t they check carefully during the first fix??? How many times must they come and fix to fully resolve this issue? Every time I turn on aircon got problem need ask them fix? What kind of aircon is this?! Had contacted them to fix SECOND TIME. This will also be the FINAL time. PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND RESOLVE IT. Will update here again after 2nd fix.

   1. Very responsive and installation done in 1 day 2. Bought system 4 Panasonic but there is issue with 2 of the units, I could hear some noise whenever the flaps rotate. One of the unit has intermittent noise. They did fix one of the unit and on going on the 2nd unit. They have been following up promptly 3. One small area of my book cabinet top has been chipped off and I have informed them as well

   The arrangement was prompt once confirmed, and the installation proceeded smoothly with a team of 3. All members were courteous and professional, taking care to protect the floors and beds with covers while working. Price is reasonable compare with the few quotes I get.

I had purchased a new aircon (Mitsubishi Starmax) from S Z aircon and they did a gd job plus gave me a free 1time free servicing within 4months.     Non responsive when order from e-commence platform. Gave ppl an impression not willing to do your business. Aircon installation caused chipped of several edges of my false ceiling and wall paint. When completiion of installtion, luckily went to check and found outdoor unit simply placed on aircon ledge. No fastener anchor to floor. I pointed out this to the tech and they reluctantly do it but they placed the unit so far in and outwards towards railing compare to the old unit that now I hv lesser space to dry clothes and the unit exoose to sunlight. Indoor unit was off centre. No discussion with owner unlike my previous installtion of other 5 units with other conpany.The 3 tech seems to be in a hurry offload the outdoor unit over my yard window that damage the sliding rail. I have to asked them about the warranty. For a week I still have not received my warranty. Very disappointing.

I initially replaced one of my Sys 4 units with a Sys 1 due to a blinking error, and they discovered mixed wiring from the initial installation. After installing Sys 1, another room experienced a blinking issue. The boss promptly arranged for a supervisor and technician to come the next day, where they identified and replaced a faulty PCB at no extra charge. When another blinking error appeared, they quickly scheduled an early morning visit to replace the solenoid valve on my Sys 4 compressor. After three visits, all systems—Sys 1 and Sys 4—are now working perfectly. Exceptional service and highly recommended! Also available for purchase from Shopee with credit card installment and promotion 😃 6-star service—highly recommended! Rapid response, patient, and highly skilled technicians who provided effective troubleshooting and professional advice. I initially replaced one Sys 4 unit with a Sys 1 due to a blinking error, and they discovered a wiring problem from the initial installation. After installing Sys 1, a flickering problem appeared in another room. The owner immediately arranged for a supervisor and technician to come the next day, locate and replace the faulty PCB free of charge. Later, the flickering problem reappeared, and they quickly arranged to come early the next morning to replace the solenoid valve on my Sys 4 compressor. After three service visits, all systems—Sys 1 and Sys 4—are now functioning normally. Excellent service, highly recommended!     I have a very good time and experience with Mr.Zhakir and his two able assistants. .Understand Mr.Shakir have 20 over years in the air con field(HVAC) .Through my interactions with him..he is very knowledgeable and able to understand my requests at all times .He is a good supervisor and very nice to his mens too.A very calm ,cool person indeed .The other 2 assistants are also very skillfull with their jobs..slow and steady thru out the installation process .     1st time engaged S Z Aircon, was worried about installation as I m unable to be at site. Personnel explained aircon BTU difference during survey. Communicating via WhatsApp was prompt, with updates from survey to confirmation to installing with pics prior/completed works. S Z helps to register warranty and explain the need to come back to connect the pipe when my tile patching is completed, tat's very thoughtful as I am unaware this process requirement. Definitely will engage their service again. Tks very much.
