   [UPDATE] Posting this again for the benefit of objectivity to potential customers. The post below had been taken down twice because the company is not open to constructive criticism. —- The units have stopped blowing cold air again. Less than 3 months after they replaced my units with their second hand machines. Same technicians came to investigate and diagnosed it had a leak but couldn’t confirm where. Suggested I did a pressure test and was quoted $152 just to do a test. I am so tired of this company milking my hard earned money for something that had started off originally as a water leak. I was persuaded to buy a second hand unit off them to but they had sold me a dud. Their compressor outside was rusty! This was after they had charged me $250 for a PVC pipe replacement! I regret having engaged these people in the first place and regretted having been aggressively persuaded to write them a positive review on their receipt with each visit. I have wasted $1160 on this company and now they want to squeeze for more. I could’ve used the money and bought myself a new aircon instead. Potential customers: do yourself a favour and believe it when others say that this company is a bad egg in the aircon industry. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE - find a trustworthy and genuinely helpful company who doesn’t try to rip you off at every opportunity and then tell you to write a glowing review about them.

    Highly recommended air-con service provider. The technician fully dismantled my air conditioner and cleaned it thoroughly, unlike the previous service provider, who cleaned it without taking it down.

    I have engaged Affordable aircon for a few years and I never have any problem with them. They will patiently explain why they need to do this or that before seeking approval to proceed. Their price is reasonable and really affordable. I would recommend affordable aircon and to give them a try :)

    New and old customers be warned! After my 2nd servicing less than 2 months ago, my aircon started leaking. My aircon is less than 2 years. Got a new company to check and discovered the water tray and other areas were damaged! Even a couple of screws were missing! Obviously very poor servicing by this company. Even worse, boss or whoever handles their WhatsApp gets paggro when asked about the quality of their service. Last service of 3 aircons lasted less than 15mins, including setup! You see how poor their quality is. Beware!!

    In my opinion, Affordable Aircon Services Pte Ltd is the best aircon service provider in the market. When they said "overhaul", they really strip everything to the bone and do a thorough cleaning (see pic). The 2 maintenance crew who came were pros. They know exactly what they are supposed to do, displaying good teamwork/coordination, and then finishing the job nicely. Great jobs and big thank you, guys! PS: I think the company should give them a good year-end bonus to reward them!
