I would like to compliment the Shohag team from Partnership AC who came to my home today for the air-conditioning installation. They were extremely thorough throughout the entire installation process. They carefully rechecked everything and ensured that all units were functioning smoothly before completing the job. It is rare to come across such dedicated and passionate staff these days, and I genuinely believe they deserve recognition for their excellent work. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They thoughtfully planned and executed every step of the installation, taking great care to ensure the work was done properly from start to finish. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the installation and did not leave behind any mess, stains, silicone marks, nails, nuts, or even pieces of styrofoam. Everything was left neat and tidy. As a parent managing two young children, I greatly appreciated their professionalism and consideration. They significantly reduced my burden by saving me the time and effort of cleaning up after the installation. Please convey my sincere appreciation and congratulations to your team members or a job exceptionally well done. I also hope the company will recognize their outstanding service and dedication in an appropriate way. Thank you for having such excellent representatives on your team.

Had a wonderful experience with the 2 guys that installed my system 3 air cons. (Didn't capture the 2 excellent workers' pics but saw them in Brian Long's review so credit to picture owner) One of the worker even suggested a better place to put the air con so the piping runs nicely around the house. Through out the installation, they covered the necessary places to prevent dust. When they're done with the job, they helped to sweep and wash down the bathroom slightly where there were lots of dust. I have 2 cats in the house on loose while they were doing their job and they really care for my cats, always questioning where they were when they wanted to get in and out of the house. One of them always kept us updated on roughly how many more hours they might be done and when they're done with either of the air cons, they updated us too. Highly recommended these 2 workers as they did a clean job!
