Called for their service due to a sudden fuse burnt. It was a hot afternoon without fan and electric and they promised to arrive within an hour which they did. Checked and clearly explained the issue and options available, resolved the issue within half an hour! It was all good so far and they took the effort to teach us what to do if the black out happen again, great service and skillful, very thankful and appreciate for fitting in my busy schedule to fix the issue. Many thanks and sorry for providing the feedback so late!

I contacted AFRA ENGINEERING at around 10:00 PM, and they arrived within minutes. They quickly checked on the issue and provided a quote for the replacement parts before carrying out the repair. Even though based on my knowledge wiring can just be change out but the technician insisted that parts needed to changed. Give the benefit of doubt and proceeded anyway. After replacing the necessary parts, all of my electrical appliances were working perfectly again. I'm very impressed by their prompt response, professionalism, and efficient service. Job well done for tonight’s work, thank you,

My whole place has no electricity yesterday, engage AFRA Engineering after looking through google. Electrician believe to be bangladeshi came around 30mins, as i’m not home and only my wife and helper is home. I spoke to him through the phone. He mention has to change 2 parts which cost $140 x 2 + transport $60 total $340. I told him to check FIRST!! but he keep enphasizing have to changed 2 parts to work. In the end I told him to check first and if change CAN leave the faulty part with me. In the end told me just change 1 part is enough. Total paid $140 + $60 transport = $200. In the end!! There is no electricity to my heater. I engage another electrician today to check. The new electrician told me the part that i change yesterday is never faulty. The whole caused is just loose wiring. And $140 for the part + installation is too expensive. The new electrician just tightened the wiring and everything works fine. Engaged at your own risks.

More like a bagaladish came, definitely not professional, just want to charge money! He didn't know the exact cause of the power outage. Said want to change out the parts and want to charge me $560 for that. I asked him if he can check the main source which is the meter box outside first before dismantling my db box. So, he went out and next moment, my power is back. Turned out that someone had tampered the switches in the electric meter box outside. Although, this so called electrician came in 40mins, but I'm not satisfied with his service and professionalism as he doesn't seem to have the knowledge and/or skill to solve the problem.

I engaged the electrical service of Afra Engineering on 12 Feb 2026 to replace a faulty kitchen light. Anwar who answered my query was prompt in his quote after I WhatsApp him a photo of the light. He explained to me only the LED light needs to be replaced and he quoted me excluding the light cover. I appreciated his honesty in not trying to get me to replace the whole set of light. His electricians were dispatched to my house after our call. They were experienced and efficient and did a great job within a short time. I am impressed with the service. I plan to engage Afra Engineering for future electrical jobs in my home. Thank you Anwar and his team for the excellent service! I highly recommend Afra Engineering!

Electrician came within 30 minutes after call on Thursday night at about 10.13 pm and replaced the circuit box which had one wire that was burnt. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes and issue was solved. Mr Anwar was friendly and professional - a job well done.

Last minute late afternoon call for a blown circuit caused by an old power strip. They had someone at our location in about 35 minutes. Anwar was the guy and is the man. He fixed our issue efficiently and with good humor. I’ll definitely call them again if I blow a circuit.

Blackout on 20 Feb night. Tried switch on circuit breaker but cannot. Called Afra engineering and came in 40 minutes. Checked and found the circuit breaker spoiled. Replaced very quickly. Thanks Afra engineering.

Afra engineering is super efficient and competent in diagnosing issues and problem solving skills. My house experienced frequent power trips recently and thenissue couldn't be resolved by previous electrician even with $150 assessment fee and $50 transportation fee. I tried afra engineering, and within 30min diagnosis was made with possible solutions. To my surprise, the solution is economic and value-adding, which was almost 1/2 of the price other electrician can offer. Very friendly, professional, approachable and helpful technicians, thank you very much, big thumb up?!
