This is truly a shop that deserves high praise! I've had their services for two years, and the technicians are always very polite. They answer all my maintenance questions fluently and professionally. Their prices are fair and transparent; they won't try to sell you additional services. They'll get what they need done and you're out, without saying much. Even people with obsessive-compulsive disorder can use them because they strive to keep things clean. They automatically wash your feet upon arrival, and there's hardly any dust on the floor when you leave. Honest, professional, and clean—this is definitely the shop to go for!! What are you waiting for~~~ This is really a business that deserves a good review! I’ve been using their services for the past two years, and every technician who came has been extremely polite and professional. Whenever I have questions about maintenance, they’re always able to answer them confidently and clearly. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they never try to hard-sell you on additional services that you don’t need. They simply do what needs to be done and leave once the job is completed—no unnecessary sales talk. If you’re a clean freak like me, you can definitely engage them too! They always try their best to keep things clean. They’ll even wash their feet before entering the house without being asked, and they don’t leave much dust or mess on the floor when they leave. Booked their quarterly aircon plan (4 units, $260/year) and even confirmed a service date (24/8). Before the visit, I asked a completely standard question: what happens if we're not satisfied after the first service, can we redo it, refund, etc. Instead of answering, they became defensive, said asking that question made them "lose confidence," and repeatedly told me they didn't want to take the booking anymore, even after I reassured them multiple times that I was happy with their communication and just wanted to understand their process. They ultimately cancelled the confirmed booking outright rather than give a straight answer. If a company can't explain how they handle an unhappy customer before anything has even gone wrong, that's a real red flag. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Not sure why there are some negative reviews about them. This is my 2nd time engaging Air cool & Cool for my Aircon servicing. They had never failed me. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable esp Kang. Most important there is no hard selling . Without hesitation, we decided to take up their contract. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who are seeking for a good Aircon servicing company. Don't be disheartened by the recent negative review cos we cannot please everyone esp in the service sector. Keep it up guys!

I would not recommend this company - the price and quality of service is ok but they are often very late for appointments (close to 1h late repeatedly) and asked to charge me an arbitrary one-time fee if I insisted on cancelling early my one year contract

The guys were extremely helpful as two of my aircons failed all of a sudden, and when I called, they were quick to respond and action so that I didn’t have to sleep without aircon! Very reliable and helpful!

Had my aircon serviced by their technicians Kang and Bin on 11Jun. My almost 10yrs old split aircon unit kept shutting down whenever two or more of the blowers were turned on. Had initially wanted to do a chemical wash of two blowers and gas top up. However after inspection of the units and condenser, the technician suggested to do a chemical wash of the condenser and a gas top up first as the condenser was dirty and may be overheating when two or more of the blowers were turned on which caused the shut down. We therefore decided to proceed with their recommendation. After the washing and top up of the condenser, my aircon unit is now functioning properly. Thanks Kang and Bin and Aircool & cool for a job well done.

Had a chemical wash done on Tuesday due to two leaking aircon units. Unfortunately, three of the units started blowing warm air the very next day. I texted Lion City’s Instagram, and to my surprise, Boss Hermes replied and he personally came down on Thursday to inspect and resolve the issue. What can I say? That’s service recovery done right. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that matters. Top-notch service and highly recommended! 👍

I decided to proceed with the standard deep clean as I am on a budget. The entire process for 3 air conditioning units took approximately 1 hour which far exceeded my expectation. Out of all of them, the team at Aircon Uncle has been by far the most professional, reliable, and attentive. They’re always punctual, take the time to do a really thorough job, and never try to push unnecessary services. Their pricing is fair, and they’re honest when giving advice about what actually needs to be repaired or maintained. It’s not easy to find a company that’s both skilled and trustworthy these days, so I’m really glad I found Aircon Uncle.
