    Very efficient and well rounded installation. Installed 3 aircons and it was done nicely. Thanks team leader Hasan, and also assistants Billa and Aiken. Meticulous in terms of the cover up and piping.

    I would like to share my disappointing experience with AC Hub. During the installation, the air-conditioning piping was cut too short and was not properly connected back to the existing tube leading to the indoor air-conditioning unit. This has caused me concern about the quality and workmanship of the installation. More recently, the indoor unit developed a faulty fan motor. I contacted AC Hub for assistance and expected them to coordinate with the Mitsubishi Electric service centre to arrange for inspection and replacement under warranty. However, despite repeatedly being told that they had already made the necessary arrangement, I did not receive proper follow-up or confirmation. I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. Based on my experience, I found the customer service unhelpful and the communication lacking in transparency. I would advise customers to carefully consider before engaging AC Hub, especially if after-sales support and warranty assistance are important to you.

    Hi Ms Felicia, we sincerely apologize for the experience that you have had with us. We understand that could be some miscommunication over the calls with our staff, we will work with our staff on that front. Given that the aircon issues were first lodged over the National Day holidays, we apologize for the slight delay as well. Eventually, we did get techincians from Mitsubishi Electric to visit your place on 14th Aug, as part of the post-sales warranty package from ME. Once again, we hope to deliver the best post-sales experience, and are sorry for your encounter, we will strive to be better on that front. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Very terrible service. Late for more than 1 hour for servicing. Call customer service no answer and never pick up. Ignore totally.

    Mr Arif arrived alone by himself and I was afraid he could not do the job since there's always 2 technicians present. But I was surprised that Mr. Arif undertook his responsibility with the most professional manner. He works systematically and had with him several appliances to help him in his job. He has 15 years experience in air con work and he is from Bangla Desh. I will definately recommend City Ice Air Conditioning to residents who need their services. Kudos also to the efficient work in the office in reminding us of our last appointment. Thank you

    Mr Arif did a great job in cleaning. Despite being single handed, he manage to finish the job on time. Price is very reasonable. They have good equipment to water-clean the air con and catch any dripping, so the place will not be messy.
