Sharing my experience so please exercise your best judgment when engaging them: Engaged Coolmax to check my AC condition on 1 November 2025 - First set of technicians ruled that I need to clean compressor and top up gas. Second set of technicians came over again on 3 November 2025 refuted the assessment and claimed that i need to change a new AC. This puts me off and made me suspicious of their judgment and assessment so I engaged other companies to check the condition - turned out I just need to clean compressor and top up gas. Such business practices are appalling.

I had a great experience with this aircon service company. The technicians arrived on time, explained the issues clearly, and completed the servicing efficiently. The aircon is running much cooler now. Good pricing and reliable service — I would definitely use them again.

I engaged Cold Max based on their Google reviews and I have not looked back since. I have used them for a year and will be renewing my contract for another 2 years. Since using them, my air-con units are literally problem free. Their crew is also punctual, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

A simple enquiry to lock down an appointment has taken 2 days and still no appointment set. His "I let you know tomorrow" was forgotten and my reminder about the availability of a Monday morning time slot yielded "cannot. Afternoon 3-5pm can." I can't do that time so i countered with a question on tuesday morning. No response. Followed up with a question about wed morning. No response. So i asked what are your available times. No response. Maybe the dude is so busy that he's swamped. I was warned about this unresponsiveness. So 2 stars for the guy coz i have no clue how effective his work is, and i can't rate him on his work. Try this guy if you're OK with what seems like flakiness. ✌️ Edit: dude is definitely flakey. Promised to come check the AC between 1600hrs and 1800hrs. At 1800hrs i check to ask if he's coming. He says yes. I ask what's his eta. He says 1930hrs. No sorry, no explanation nothing. Dude tried to call me but i can't take the call. So i texted that there was no need to come. Thanks. (不用来了。谢谢) His response: "noted" Ok. WOW.
