Skyzone came today for my 3 months check up. My aircon was perfectly working this morning and as luck would have it, it doesn't work anymore when they check it up. The blade and motor are broken and Skyzone ask to change the whole condenser. It’s not the first time this kind of incident happens with them and it obviously sounds like they broke something in the condenser. On purpose or not, they should not charge me for repairing it.

Terrible. Poor service and would advise you to top up coolant every half year when others say only when needed. And I only switch one daily out of system 4.

I have used sky zone for to service my aircons at home for almost 10 years, and have also introduced them to many of my clients for their service. They are generally reliable and prompt in their replies and service. Their team has grown bigger but the office admin is still prompt in their replies.

Gave totally unreasonable advice when aircon is not working. 2nd opinion suggests to change pcb which was not proposed by skyzone. It may well not work but changing the entire system 4 with piping is 10x more ex easily. Frequency of top up of gas is also not reasonable based on 2nd opinion and goggling the Internet. I was told I need a top up within 12 months by skyzone. Disappointing

My Aircon was leaking all of a sudden, decided to call up Skyzone for their service, General Service was done for all of my 3 units by Kai and Lucas. Very informative and professional and explained clearly why i was having the issue thus solved it. Friendly Technicians and Good Service Overall!!
