Engaged them and I am impressed with their service. Wanted to replace my current air con. They came and take a look at my current air con and they advised me accordingly. Turns out it is unnecessary for me to replace my current air con as the issue I am having is fixable. Save cost for me but most importantly the issue is being fixed. Come to think of it, they could have earned more by replacing the air con instead of just servicing it. I am happy with their service and professionalism. 200% recommended!!!

Yesterday engaged them for the 1st time after reading reviews here. Indeed the Chinese service staff are experienced and professional to troubleshoot why my MBR aircon unit’s air blow out is not cold enough. They did a thorough cleaning of my blower wheel fan to bring my unit back to blowing cold air! They are also polite and helpful with small requests too. Value for money and I will engage them again to service other aircon units!

I recently had a fantastic experience with L-Cool for aircon servicing, and I would recommend them! Here's why: Transparent Pricing: Right from the start, they were incredibly responsive and transparent about pricing when I requested a quotation. No hidden fees or surprises, which I truly appreciated. Effortless Scheduling: Scheduling the servicing was a breeze. They were accommodating and flexible, making the whole process hassle-free. Careful Cleaning Process: During the servicing, I was impressed by their attention to detail. They took great care in cleaning the aircons, using plastic covers to protect items below, minimizing any mess. It showed their dedication to providing a thorough yet tidy service. Comprehensive Inspection: Not only did they service the aircon units, but they also went the extra mile to check the condensers as one of the units was leaking. Their technicians identified issues with the condensers and promptly informed me about them. Polite and Respectful Service: Throughout the entire process, their team was exceptionally polite and respectful. They always asked before entering rooms and checked where they could wash the aircon parts, demonstrating their professionalism and consideration for my space. I'll definitely be going back to them for my future aircon servicing needs!
