I had a great experience with the air conditioner service. The technician was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently. My AC is now running perfectly and even feels more efficient than before. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend them!

First time engaging their service. 1. I opted for general cleaning and that includes removing the blower. No chemical wash or dismantling of the air con entirely. And I got charged separately for each unit cleaning the blower. Never heard of such thing in my life. I've engaged alot of services but blower cleaning is all included. Service man bring ladder move about my house hitting my walls and damaging them. Without apologising. Walls got damaged with cracks. Its my first and last booking with this company. Best to ask the full charges in case. I find this to be daylight robbery.

Messy admin, no invoice after servicing if you sign contract with them. Serviced in Oct and when I sent chaser for invoice, it's dated the day invoice is generated. Need to send chaser and cannot backdate the invoice based on actual servicing date. Address amd website in google are different from their invoice.

Only want to do chemical wash for one aircon, but they are “proactively” want to check gas level for all the aircon compressors. May be is good intentions but a bit fishy. Price is slightly higher. Anyway, finally my room is cool again after the pricy servicing. Booked 7 days but the guys are from SoCool, both same boss.

Their service is ok but to be honest the price is on the higher side.. kinda feel ripped off Servicing 3 units $70 Outside can get $60 Ok nevermind, $10 difference acceptable.. But worst part is bring down blower wash $20 per unit.. Other comapnies only cost $5 This is not justifiable to be honest.. I have used them for over 2 years, time to change company.. I can only blame myself for not looking at other companies, assuming theirs is the “market” rate. Can eat a few meals more if i go with other companies blower washing, $15 savings for each unit.

Have engaged 7Days Aircon service the 3rd times and the experience was still awesome. Easy to make appointment - directly via WhatsApp. Unlike others, appointment was confirmed within the week. Servicemen were punctual and professional. Most importantly the servicing was reasonably priced and the aircons were cold and lasting. This will be my go-to Aircon service provider in the future.
