Very professional and value for money. Ah Feng and team are very attentive and considerate. Very responsive too. I also use the same company to change out all my units in my tenanted flat, their price was competitive and I had great quality work. Can always trust them to deliver. Have engaged New Way service for many years. Keep it up!

We recently arranged for a site inspection and consultation with Newway for our home renovation. Senior Engineer Mr Tan came down personally to assess our floor plan, take precise measurements, and evaluate our cooling requirements. His decades of industry experience really showed—he was extremely thorough, polite, and patient in explaining the technical details regarding unit sizing and piping layouts. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their craft without any pushy sales tactics. A big shoutout as well to the office administrative team! They were remarkably prompt with generating the quotation, highly attentive, and incredibly patient when answering all our follow-up questions over email and phone. The customer service from both the front-line engineers and the back-office staff is truly top-tier. Even though our final timeline/coordination/budget led us to align with our main contractor’s vendor, I was so impressed by Mr Tan’s and the office team’s exceptional service and professionalism that I felt compelled to leave a review. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and reliable aircon specialist in Singapore, I highly recommend reaching out to Newway!

Just Did a regular cleaning for 3 units. It’s a proper cleaning process with water jet spraying the unit, unlike some companies who charge cheaper. Keeping my aircon in tip top condition after many years! Thank you.

Great Service from Rana and team! They did a great job cleaning all our A/C units, checked all our compressors and took notes of which units needed chemical washing for our next servicing. They covered the surrounding with plastic sheets ensuring everything was kept clean! Thank you!

Technician Ah Feng was thorough in explaining that I didnt need a a chemical wash for my units after proper assessment. A chemical wash would have been an overkill and potentially no difference. I was concerned that my cold air being emitted was not as efficient as it used to be just barely a few months back. They performed a steam clean instead and checked that the refrigerant was sufficient. Seems to be effective and Im looking forward to cooler air. Honest and transparent with work to be done and pricing. So highly recommended.
