Quite a bad experience, after they did chemical wash for my fcu, the louver could not close after i turn off the fcu. Did not have any issue with my fcu prior to Aircon Express doing the chemical wash, not to mention my fcu is very new, Mitsubishi brand, installed less than 2 years. All technician could say was that Mitsubishi’s motor spoil very easily and that it was no fault of Aircon Express - really?? This problem only occured right after they did the chemical wash. Yet they chose to discharge all responsibility and ask me to pay to replace the motor. Replacing the motor itself costs 3 times the chemical wash fees. Absurb. Engage them at your own risk

(year 2026) Aircon express is a very very suspicious company. Pay attention to the poor reviews made. I had an initial time slot booking for chemical overhaul $80. They said okay and the service team will do it. After awhile, they said the team will come down and assess if a chemical overhaul is required. I said no, i want the chemical overhaul. Then they said they needed to reschedule to another date, which meant they already planned to show up and say that the chemical overhaul was not required from the get-go and just do regular servicing which is not what i wanted. Now after committing to the chemical overhaul on another date, they said that if a chemical overhaul cannot be done which is unheard of(even after seeing pictures of the brand and model of the aircon), they will charge a inspection fee of $50. This is EXTREMELY suspicious and unethical. I see other negative reviews with a similar experience. Their price of chemical overhaul is below market $160 for 2 units, hence they try to use it to lure customers but actually avoid the actual service. Their compressor cleaning price $100 and normal servicing was also higher than other competitors like SoCool $80. Proceed with extreme caution

Great work by Tec Zin who did chemical wash for my 2 units though there were some miscommunication by the CS. It was through technician who is very fore-coming and patient to explain things clearly to us that rendered us to proceed with chemical wash instead of our initial agreed chemical overhaul package offered via CS WhatsApp. Nevertheless, good job and workmanship provided by Mr Zin.! 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I would highly recommend their air-conditioning maintenance services. Besides the administrative issues with appointment punctuality, I was particularly impressed by my conversation with the technicians, Ah Qi and Ah Hao. They are clearly experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. They carried out the servicing swiftly and smoothly, while also providing clear and practical solutions when troubleshooting the issues with my air-conditioning system. Today I do outdoor condenser cleaning and top up gas. Staff Chee and Hao very helpful and professional. They will advise me first and solve my Aircon problems such as no cold. Their service very great. Next time I do aircon services will find them and appointment with Aircon Express Pte Ltd.

WARNING: Extremely unethical bait and switch tactics. Do not use. I had booking issues with this company from the start. They canceled my initial confirmed date, and then attempted to change my timing just one day before the second confirmed date. I had to threaten to cancel the entire booking before they finally agreed to come at my originally scheduled time. I booked them to do a chemical overhaul for 3 indoor aircon units at my new resale flat. I wanted to do this simply as part of moving into a new place to make sure everything was clean. My aircon was already blowing cold air fine and had no issues. Despite this, he immediately discouraged the overhaul, claiming the pipes inside the trunking might break. He suggested doing a chemical wash instead, but then finally advised not to wash them at all. In the end, all they did to the indoor units was wash the basic plastic dust filters. Instead, he quickly shifted focus to the outdoor compressor. He hooked up a meter and claimed it was "jumping" and had "air in the gas." He used high pressure tactics to convince me that I needed to clean the outside compressor, vacuum out all the gas, and do a full gas top up, which they charged an astronomical $640 for. Being a new homeowner, I trusted his advice because I genuinely did not know any better at the time and relied on what I believed was professional expertise. I have since learned that this was an expensive lesson. I now highly suspect they did this because a chemical overhaul at $80 per unit is highly labor-intensive, tedious work. By talking me out of it and pushing the $640 services, they avoided the hard labor of dismantling three indoor units, and instead took the easy way out, charging a massive premium just to stand at the outdoor compressor doing a basic clean, vacuum, and gas refill. After doing proper research, I learned that this appears to be a well-known upselling tactic used by some air conditioning service providers to persuade customers to authorise expensive compressor work. Based on my experience, I believe that is exactly what happened here. My air conditioners were already blowing perfectly cold air before they arrived, which is why I now question whether the $640 compressor service was actually necessary. This experience has prompted me to properly research how the entire air conditioning system works, and I will not be misled by any service provider using similar tactics in the future. If the company replies to this review claiming they "found technical problems" to justify themselves, I encourage readers to carefully evaluate both sides and do their own research. Based on my experience, I believe these claims were used to pivot away from the original job I had booked. I paid $640, yet the indoor units that I originally engaged them to chemically overhaul were never dismantled or cleaned as initially requested. I will also be proceeding to lodge a case regarding this matter. Avoid them at all costs.

The service is very bad, especially when I texted them and knowing that the person who replied to the WhatsApp text is very bad in his English, which means he doesn’t understand what I’m trying to explain in proper English, and accused me of being harsh instead of straightforward. Overall, their customer service is damn bad.
