It all started on one of the hottest days of the year. The heat was unbearable, and my air conditioner decided it was the perfect time to stop working. Desperate for relief, I called an air con service company that I could find online. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a frustrating journey of delays, incompetence, and terrible customer service. A couple of old husband and wife arrived, After a quick inspection, he claimed the problem was a faulty compressor and assured me it would be fixed in no time. He serviced it and handed me an expensive bill, and left. Excited to finally cool off, I turned the AC on—only to realize it wasn’t working any better than before. I called the company back immediately, but my calls went unanswered. After several attempts, I finally got through to someone who told me they would send another technician the next day. The next day came and went, but no one showed up. When I called again, I was given excuse after excuse. After a week of suffering in the heat, I had no choice but to call another company, who fixed the issue properly in just an hour. the new technician discovered that the previous repair was done incorrectly, and the part installed wasn’t even the right one! Not only had I wasted money, but now I had to pay even more for another repair. Furious, I demanded a refund for the initial service, but the company refused, claiming that their work was “final and non-refundable.” I learned my lesson the hard way—never trust flashy advertisements, and always read reviews before hiring a service. If I could give that air conditioning company zero stars, I would.

❌❌❌This should be XingWang aircon service, save your money and AVOID this company they send Bangladeshi workers to come up and push for chemical wash service for your aircon even tho it’s not needed and if you reject them they give you a bad attitude and just wipe and wash superficially on your aircon in 15mins 3 units done for thier “air con servicing” after thier service the aircon immediately next day leaking. ❌❌❌ DO NOT ENGAGE🥶

‼️🚨 ❌❌❌❌ Avoid This Service – Unprofessional and Overpriced I had a terrible experience with this aircon service provider, run by a husband-and-wife team. They lack professionalism, don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and appear more interested in making a quick buck than providing real solutions. I called them to check on my aircon system, where all three indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit were not cooling, despite the compressor running. The moment they arrived, they demanded a $120 inspection fee—a red flag coz market price inspection fee ranged from $35 to $50. Within less than 15 minutes after he plugged in the pressure gauge, they told me my aircon gas had leaked, something I already suspected (tell me something i don’t know) Instead of diagnosing where the leak was coming from—whether the outdoor compressor, condenser, or indoor evaporator—they immediately jumped to the conclusion that my wall piping needed to be replaced. This would involve tearing down my plaster ceiling and walls, an unnecessary and costly recommendation. To make things worse, they claimed they rushed over urgently because I needed it fixed quickly, but then told me they could only send their staff on another day. It became clear they were setting me up for an overpriced, unnecessary repair job rather than properly troubleshooting the issue. Their modus operandi seems to be: 1. Charge an excessive inspection fee. 2. Tell customers something they already know. 3. Push them into an expensive, unnecessary repair. This is a soft scam. I regret not checking their Google reviews before engaging them. In some cases, people even had to call the police. Stay far away!
