Let me share a little story.
Before deciding, I actually had five quotations from different vendors, and Airple was one of the companies on my list. To be honest, their pricing was higher compared to some of the other vendors I spoke with.
But you know what? After going through the whole process with Summer from Airple, I realized that when it comes to this kind of investment, price is only one factor. The value and overall experience you receive are even more important.
So why did I choose Airple? Let me explain.
1. Their response time is incredible.
This was one of the biggest reasons I became confident in choosing them.
I tried contacting other vendors around 10:45PM because I had some follow up questions, but I didn’t receive any response. Then I messaged Airple and was able to speak with Summer.
Honestly, I was very impressed. Within less than two minutes, she responded, and it wasn’t just a simple reply. She gave me a detailed explanation and made sure I understood everything.
What I really appreciated was that she didn’t make me go through endless back and forth messages just to get an answer. She made sure I received the information and assistance I needed right away.
And this happened twice, and both times, the level of assistance was exactly the same very responsive, detailed, and professional.
For me, that response time gave me a sense of assurance that I would be properly supported throughout the entire installation process. I felt confident knowing that if I had questions or needed assistance, someone would actually be there to respond.
2. Their app and system are very impressive.
Not many vendors have their own system and application, and I can see that maintaining something like this requires investment and effort.
Airple did a great job with their app. It’s easy to navigate, and you can see important information in one place.
They even notify you when the team is on the way, and you can easily access things like your invoice, service records, and photos from the service.
For me, this shows that they are not just focused on the installation itself. They also care about making the entire customer experience more organized and convenient.
3. The installation team exceeded my expectations.
I wasn’t just happy with the installers, I was actually very impressed with them because they exceeded what I expected.
I believe the installer’s name was Vincent. He was extremely friendly, approachable, and professional.
What I really appreciated was that he was willing to explain things to me at every step. Whenever we discussed different installation options, he explained the pros and cons so I could understand what would work best for my home.
This is exactly the kind of team I’m looking for people who are willing to go the extra mile instead of simply doing the job and leaving.
And you know what touched me the most?
After the installation was completed, they cleaned the entire work area without me even asking them to.
That kind of care cannot always be written into a quotation or included in a checklist. Sometimes, it’s something that comes naturally from the team.
For me, that’s what good service looks like.
Overall, my experience with Airple was very, very good.
At the end of the day, I’m happy not only because we now have a properly installed AC system, but also because my grandma and grandfather can now enjoy a much more comfortable home.
And honestly, that’s what made this investment worth it for me.
So yes, I may have had cheaper quotations from other vendors, but after experiencing Airple’s response time, customer service, technology, installation workmanship, and overall care, I can honestly say that I’m happy with the decision I made.

My aircons had got funky smell when using higher temperature or in fan mode, hence I book for chemical wash. Technician Moshiur was first assigned to me. He was upfront and honest to say that 2 units need chemical overhaul to remove the smell. I was glad that I took the advice and did the chemical overhaul another day with Technician Manik and Saidul. My aircons now do not smell anymore after chemical overhaul.
I have to minus 1 star because the time scheduling can be better. When I booked the appointment time, I expect the technicians to arrive at that time and the servicing to be completed within 60mins. Instead, the technicians arrive 45 mins from booked timing due to bad scheduling. Even for the next appointment, even though the appointment time was planned from 2-3pm, the technicians could only arrive at 3:30pm due to delay in the previous job.
The technicians should have separate cloths for wiping dry cleaned aircon parts and their feet / floor for hygiene purpose.

Thank you for such detailed and fair feedback. We are really glad Moshiur’s recommendation turned out to be the right one, and that after Manik and Saidul completed the chemical overhaul, the smell is finally gone.
You are also right to call us out on the timing. We normally operate within a 1 hour arrival window, which is already tighter than the 2 to 3 hour windows commonly used in the industry. We are able to do this because we built our own scheduling and routing software to help plan each team’s day more accurately.
That said, aircon work can sometimes uncover unexpected problems only after our technicians arrive, so it is difficult for us to guarantee an exact arrival time. But in your case, we did not even manage to stay within our own 1 hour window, especially for the second appointment. That is on us, and we are sorry. We will keep working on the system so delays from an earlier job affect the next customer as little as possible.
Thank you as well for raising the point about the cloths. Our SOP requires technicians to use separate cloths for equipment and for hands, feet or the surrounding area. We will be checking what happened during your visit because if the same cloth was used, that is not in line with our standard.

I would like to commend Koko and Rahman for the excellent service they provided.
First of all, I can confidently say that both technicians are very professional. They clearly know what they are doing, and it is obvious that they have extensive experience in the air conditioning industry. I was genuinely impressed because I didn't have to explain the issue with my aircon repeatedly. The moment they entered my home, they already knew the proper troubleshooting steps to take. In fact, even before I mentioned the issue, they were able to identify the bad smell I had been experiencing and immediately recommended the appropriate service to resolve it. That alone gave me confidence that they are truly experts in their field.
The only minor downside I experienced was that I sometimes found it a little difficult to understand koko's english communication. However, I completely understand that he is Malaysian, and I am not saying this as a criticism or discrimination. I respect the language differences, and to me, skills and professionalism are far more important than nationality or language barriers. His technical knowledge and workmanship more than made up for it.
I would also like to recognize your customer support team, especially Admin Cat. I was honestly surprised because this is the first time I've encountered an admin who was still actively assisting customers late at night! When I requested the service report and findings, she responded almost immediately. What impressed me even more was that she didn't just send the report, she took the initiative to explain the technician's findings, the possible cause of the issue, and the recommended solution in detail without me even asking. It felt like providing complete explanations is simply part of the team's standard practice, and I truly appreciate that level of customer service.
Overall, I am very impressed with the entire experience, from the professionalism of the technicians to the responsiveness and knowledge of the customer support team. Most importantly, after following the recommended service, the unpleasant smell has completely disappeared, and my aircon is now working perfectly.
Thank you to Koko, Rahman, Admin Cat, and the entire Airple team for your outstanding service. It is rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with excellent customer support. I will definitely recommend your services to my family and friends, and I look forward to engaging Airple again in the future.

Just wanted to share an update.
After my previous experience, Airple reached out and took the time to understand my situation. I’m happy that they looked at the circumstances of my case instead of just applying the policy, and they did what they felt was right.
I’ve actually been a regular customer for years, I’m always satisfied with the service so I wasn’t trying to be a difficult customer. I just wanted my case to be heard fairly.
A special thanks to Summer for handling my case, for taking time to hear me. I really appreciate your patience, professionalism, and for helping to resolve everything. It means a lot.

Fantastic service by Justin Tan!
Justin from Airple was extremely professional, punctual, and meticulous. He took the time to inspect our aircon units thoroughly, and kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the process, and the AC is blowing ice-cold again. Excellent work!
