What a great experience with Purer Fresher Air! It started with the easy booking site and confirmation. They came punctually and I showed them where the 4 units were. I told them that I was WFH so I would be in the room and I felt at ease as they went about doing their work and only updated me when they had wither finished or wanted to inform me that they were ready to start on the unit in the room I was in. I have absolute confidence in the integrity and quality of the Service Team at my place. Finally, when done, they left it clean and cool :) Thanks guys!

Andrew and his team are extremely professional and deliver quality, prompt and on-time services. I know Andrew from Purer Fresher Air for more than 25 years. I have been engaging him for my air-con services ever since then. He is very professional and delivers quality work for a very reasonable charge. He is able to advise on the type of cleaning service based on the needs and does not inflate the situation to his advantage. He is friendly and delivers his service promptly and effectively. Super punctual, clean and thorough! Very nice workers and boss :) they will not try to hard sell anything, unlike other companies I’ve engaged. Reasonable price too! May not be the cheapest but they have integrity! I will continue to use them! On their latest servicing, Dinesh even helped me to fix my shower hose that was leaking when he used it to clean the aircon casing. He went the extra mile! Thank you so much!

Was really pleased with the service. Had a problem with one of my air conditioning units in the morning and was able to receive help within an hour. The technician was polite and patient when explaining the problems. After understanding that our unit could not be fixed, he provided insightful suggestions to resolve our issues. I have previously used their services for my old aircon and was very satisfied, so I engaged them again to service my current Daikin system. I have three units, but since one is not in use, they performed a chemical wash on the two that are used most frequently, along with the outdoor condenser, which they noted was very dirty. Their professionalism stood out as they took care to cover my bed with protective sheets to prevent any dust or dirt from spreading. They also checked the gas levels and confirmed that there was no need for a top-up, as there were no leaks. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Additionally, the two technicians, D and H, were very friendly and approachable. I’ll definitely engage their services again and won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Superb service. Andrew and his team did a good job on the chemical washing of my aircon units and fixed the leak on 1 unit which 2 other repair companies couldn't fix for 2 years. They were punctual, also ensure all the furniture didn't get wet from the washing. Will highly recommend them to family and friends.

I have been using Purer Fresher Air for a few years due to their reliability and good services. Engaged them again recently due to air con water leakage and wondering why the air con is not cool. Technician Andrew did a chemical wash and climbed outside to check the condenser if gas top up is required (other companies might have told me gas needed in order to earn extra money). Their prices are middle ground but overall I trust that I will not be required to pay more than needed. Andrew also made sure to clean up before he leaves. His commitment and attention to detail are clearly reflected in his job well done. Thank you!

Very happy with the service and professionalism of technicians Andrew and Sukhbir. They were punctual, did a thorough job, and covered all my furnitures before performing the chemical jet spray. Certain aircon units did not require chemical cleaning as they advised, and really appreciate the integrity and honesty (no pushy upselling which I am tired of with other service providers). Cleaned up very well, and I will continue to engage them. Thanks!

they were also efficient in their work, and gave recommendation for the next cleaning to be done! However it was unfortunate that the the masking tape that they used, peeled off some paint in my master bedroom. I have to get it re-painted.

Dinesh & Subhir turned up punctually after my online booking for service. They were quick to diagnose that my aircons needed chemical washing. They were very well equipped and prepared, with plastic sheets covering my furnitures and special receptacle that collects debris/dirt. Even the simple cleaning of a third fan coil was seamless. My aircons are now much colder than before, thanks so much! It’s my first time trying this company and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Very satisfied customer.

I have a bad experience with the my previous provider. When the guys showed up punctually early in the morning, it was like a breath of fresh air. the engineers patiently listened to the problems I had with my aircon. They were able to advise possible course of actions. The easiest to do was to top up the refrigerant gas. They test the system after topping up the gas and made sure it was working to cool the room before concluding the job. I am impressed that they know their stuff and fixed the problem.
