I I had engaged their service for a site inspection scheduled on Saturday. However, they unexpectedly turned up on Wednesday night without informing me and went ahead with the inspection, inconveniencing my family members. What’s more concerning is that they even took videos of my home without our consent. This experience shows a lack of reliability and transparency. I would not recommend this company.

Had a mixed experience with this service provider and am currently a bit annoyed at the job done after I got home but I'll try to be as objective as possible.
The positive: The only company that in my opinion bothered to understand my specific concerns and not try to upsell me continuously. I sourced quotes from 4 providers.
They sorted out my issue with a tailor made solution for my specific situation after the site visit, which I appreciated.
Generally speaking, they are professional and polite.
The annoying: Among the quotes I got, they were the most expensive by a margin of between 15-40%. Granted, they only quoted me after the site visit so I probably got hit with the famous private housing surcharge.
A friend in the renovation industry had explained to me that they charge more for private housing because expectations on workmanship are usually higher.
I understand this well as I work in the luxury goods sector and we do build in premium service costs into our prices as well, so fair enough. Based on the experience so far I decided to entrust them with the job.
The main job seems to have been done well enough, fingers crossed it lasts, but I think they lack attention to detail and understanding of customer expectations.
After the work was done and my wallbox patched, they didn't finish the job by painting. My place is 20 years old so I have done numerous plumbing and electrical jobs over the years and a patch has always been painted.
The boss suggested that customers are usually happy to repaint themselves but honestly I have trouble believing that DIY is a Singaporean habit. Painting a patch is something that is really a common sense service to offer in my opinion so that as the paying customer I don't need to do extra jobs to clean up after the first job. Now I need to waste time contracting a separate painting job just to restore my living room to a decent state. The boss was really nonchalant about my dissatisfaction too as my wife already paid. General lack of customer orientation.
I sincerely hope the workmanship that is now concealed is fine because the workmanship I can see externally is really not.
Apart from the patch job being uneven (the surface, not the colour) they said they would put some tape to indicate tapered wiring in my aircon circuit. The tape is already falling off after a few hours, no way it would actually be there if I had work done on the aircon in future. It is perplexing that they have the foresight to make a marking like this on my electrical unit, but they can't do it with quality. Totally don't understand this company.
My aircon system has soldiered on for 20 years but is still ice cold. Honestly am not expecting too much more out of it, but now if something goes wrong I will always have the doubt in the back of my mind if it was really the aircon ageing out or a workmanship issue.
It's also really tough to get quotes out of them as I guess business is good.
For reference I paid 880 for about 2h of labour/expertise and some material to essentially shift one of my fcu a few metres from my wardrobe to bedroom with associated piping and wiring that was concealed.
My wife said they worked hard and were neat during the job and now my bedroom has effective cooling. Would have been a clear 5 stars even at higher prices if they didn't give me more work to do. Your mileage may vary.
Edit: Had an issue with my fan coil unit almost immediately, which they made good on right away under warranty. They also touched up the other niggles I was unhappy with so kudos to them for decent service recovery.
