very bad experience with this provider got an aircon repair check, issued me invoice for immediate payment, quoted for repair cost and materials another text came in saying unpaid invoice and then booked a time slot on the following day to repair the aircon 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment on the following day text me to say no more spare parts, indefinitely unknown on when the parts will come and still want to request for 50% deposit on the parts although they can’t tell when the parts will come?

First time engaging Air Connection’s services to do my house’s air conditioning maintenance. Customer service got back to me within 20mins of submitting inquiry for scheduling of appointment. Service crew (Albert and Boon) were very professional, answered all on-site questions asked and provided clarity in every step of the process. From diagnosing the problem, presenting solutions and addressing what I needed/wanted, top marks. Will definitely engage and recommend their services in future

recommend their aircon installation because their setup was really neat! and they were super fast. Firstly, they met up with our ID to run through the measurement, where is best to put the aircon duct and when it came to installation day, they were super prompt and did everything nicely.

The customer service agent was extremely responsive and accommodating to my issues/requests and promptly scheduled the technician to check on my air conditioner. The technician and his colleague were very friendly, arrived earlier than expected, and managed to resolve the issues quickly! They were professional and thorough with their check, and I did not experience any upselling. Thank you for the fixed air conditioner! It's a huge relief in this hot weather!

Exceptional Service & Professional Advice! When my aircon compressor broke down, I was worried about the high costs and hassle of fixing it. I reached out to Air Connection, and their team was fantastic from start to finish.The technicians provided flexible, highly professional advice. Instead of just pushing for a costly sale right away, they took the time to carefully troubleshoot & pinpoint the core issue of the compressor failure. They then laid out several practical & cost-saving solutions for me to choose from, which I really appreciated.After weighing the options, I decided to replace the entire System 4 aircon setup. I am thoroughly impressed by their transparency, expertise, & dedication. Everything from the diagnosis to the final installation went smoothly. The administration was a breeze too. Highly recommended if you need reliable & honest aircon services!

Super impressed and satisfied with Air Connection's sales team and servicing team. Home aircon could not work in the middle of the night - issues with the compressor and indoor unit. Engaged my regular servicing company the next day. Was quoted almost $500 for replacement of thermistors and labour. Called Air Connection for a second opinion and the sales team scheduled an appointment on the same day, 2 hours later. Super efficient and accommodating. When servicing team arrived, they replaced the thermistors at a much lower price. Transparent and no hard selling. I was so impressed that I engaged them to do servicing on the spot. Very thorough cleaning by the servicing team. Removed blower, vacuumed drainage pipes etc. Highly recommended and have engaged them for subsequent cleaning and servicing in future.

tl;dr: Poor diagnostic service, expensive replacement parts, slow replies. I haven't tried their general servicing, but these are their rates: $54.50 for 1 unit, $76.30 for 2 units, and $109 for 3 units, plus $32.70 for subsequent units (as at July 2026). Props to them for the good service recovery--they reached out and refunded the initial $54.50 diagnostic fee. I found them on reddit as an honest and reputable air con specialist, but my experience was disappointing. My AC stopped working and showed blinking lights. The technician diagnosed it as needing three replacement parts—the drain pump, float switch, and PCB. For these parts alone, they quoted more than $800! It also took days to receive the quotation, and the earliest repair appointment offered was much later. During a particularly hot week without a functioning air conditioner, that wait was difficult. They were probably swamped but I feel like they could have told me that they needed more time instead of leaving me hanging. Because of the unbearable wait, I sought a second opinion. Based on their assessment, I informed Air Connection that it appeared only the float switch was faulty. However, they still proceeded with the recommendation to replace both the drain pump and float switch. In the end, I had another technician carry out the repair. Only the float switch needed replacing, and once it was replaced, the air conditioner worked normally again. The drain pump and PCB were both completely functional and did not require replacement. Instead of the $196 quoted by Air Connection, this replacement float switch only costed about $50. What concerns me most isn't just the delay, but the diagnosis itself. Recommending unnecessary parts resulted in a quotation that was hundreds of dollars higher than what was actually needed. That understandably made me lose confidence in the repair recommendation. To be fair, I shared this feedback with the company directly before posting this review. They responded courteously and professionally, which I appreciate. However, they did not offer any explanation, acknowledge the apparent misdiagnosis, or propose any form of resolution. Based on my experience, I can't recommend their diagnostic service, even though their customer communication remained polite throughout. [edit: 3 weeks later, the company reached out acknowledging this review, apologised for the inconvenience and refunded the $54.50 diagnostic fee paid on their first visit. When their customer service works, it works well, so that's a plus.]

Known them since 2020. Work - Remove aircon and reinstall mitsubishi aircon system 3. Reliable and professional. Customer service top tiered. Joselin and Jessyee communicates closely w documentation work required by condo mgmt and obliging to request for ordorless paint for baby. They helped to coordinate the work behind and their whole company work hand in hand and do not give any issue when there is a need to resolve issue. For major overhaul of aircon replacement. You tend to look for trustworthiness and skill and value to their services. You can entrust their deliverables. No worries and clean work. Applause.

I initially engaged another company to fix some air conditioner leaks and carry out a standard servicing. Unfortunately, my air conditioners started leaking again almost immediately after they left, and there was no improvement in airflow. I then contacted AirConnection, and the experience was completely different. The technicians were very thorough with the servicing and took the time to explain the condition of my units. Instead of hard-selling unnecessary services, they gave me different options and let me decide what was best, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my air conditioners stopped leaking after the servicing, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable air conditioning servicing!

Today came my house for servicing, say my aircon low gas need to top up, then aircon the parts 2 need to change charge me $100 for both, 3 months ago was 2 Malay guy then now 2 Chinese guy came and say need to change. Dk charges and just charge me anyhow. Past 4 years been using this company but not going to use again. Bad attitude technician service. Open my house window and and bung bung bung bung bing bing so hard for what? You want pay if the window is spoilt? Very superb lousy service not going to use it anymore

Engaged them for the first time for air con servicing, very honest technicians that will tell you exactly what your unit needs. Showed me areas where my previous technicians neglected cleaning. They made sure that toilet was clean before they left too.

I’ve been using Air Connection for close to 10 years, which makes writing this even more disappointing. Their service used to be reliable and professional, but over the years, the standards have clearly declined. After my most recent servicing last month, they left my toilet in a complete mess — water, dirt, and debris everywhere. No proper cleanup, no sense of responsibility. I had to spend my own time cleaning up after them, which is unacceptable for a paid service. It’s a pity because they used to do a genuinely good job. Unfortunately, the current team doesn’t seem to uphold the same standards anymore. Based on my recent experience, I would strongly advise others to reconsider engaging them.

Engaged their services when I moved into my new home.. previous owners did not do any maintenance, 1 unit had a really terrible smell. Air Connection were able to come in last minute and was really great cleaning out everything incredibly thoroughly. Super meticulous, neat and professional! Super unprofessional. Wasted our time. I have contacted them last 26 December through the number they have on Google and they have since forwarded me to this other number which seems to be managed by multiple people. No confirmation text or reminder on the day itself. We were told the technician will arrive 3-4pm but it was half past 3 and we still have no news from them so decided to check with them. They just casually changed the time to 3-5pm when they responded. 🙄 No apologies or explanation whatsoever and we only found out we are apparently waiting another hour because I checked, no initiative from their side to update us. I tried to be understanding and just let it slide. 5PM came, total silence from them still. So I texted again. In the end they came up with some lame excuse (who buys that crap?) and asked to reschedule after wasting 2 and a half hours of our time. The thing is, say we’re giving them the benefit of the doubt, if the vehicle actually broke down, they would’ve known they will be delayed and should’ve informed us immediately and not let us know when they are 1.5 hour past the original agreed 1 hour timeslot, ONLY AFTER WE HAVE CHECKED WHERE THEY ARE. If we didn’t text them to check for updates and ETA, who knows, we’d probably be just left waiting forever. 🤷🏻♀️

The installation of replacement compressors and fan coil units in my condo unit was carried out on time and was very thorough. Mr Saddam and Ah Loi were the technicians and were polite and helpful with explanations as to what was needed. We are grateful for their efforts.

Has been with Air Connection ever since they just started the Company.. My first contact with Nick was a nice one.. He is friendly and able to give useful advise. I have since with them for 2 rounds changes of my air-con. Techicians are always friendly and always go to the extra length to help their customer.. highly recommended to those who wanna change their air-con or air-con servicing..

After 15 years, the compressor wanted to retire. Wasn't looking forward to mess of changing from a 4 to a 3 system. But Mr Cheng and his team did a good job. Advised on the best solution, and fixed and patched and cleaned and left us happy.

They're also very fast at work and clean up well after they're done. Always very friendly and polite, I can't recommend them enough. bad experience. They did 4 units, but the last one was substandard. I did a swipe test using cotton bud on the blower and it’s filled with dust and dirt. Contacted CS and they sent the same technician back for reservice. Technician came rough handled the aircon and insist condition of blower can only be clean through chemical wash. If I can remove the dirt using cotton bud, pretty sure water spray is enough to remove the dust and dirt. No reservice done.

Been using their service for a couple of years, it’s been all good until this time. The technician is not as professional as before, they grind off my ceiling paint after the servicing, it was new paint. Service person said the technician has informed situation which was not the case. And one air-con was going well, but become very loud and noisy after servicing.

Good pricing and smooth installation for 3 units of mitsubitshi starmex. There's also a free no obligatory site visit prior to installation to be advised and get a general idea where the aircons would be placed. Friendly and trustworthy staff whom cleaned up after themselves as well. Strongly recommended!
