I would like to give a big thank you to Team 3 for the excellent air-con maintenance service on 10 Sep. The team arrived 12.00 pm on time, polite, and friendly. They did a thorough job cleaning both my air-con unit and compressor using a water jet spray. I was impressed with how carefully they cleaned the equipment and made sure the dirt and dust were properly removed. They worked efficiently but did not rush through the job. After the servicing, they also made sure the area was clean and tidy. I can feel the difference after the cleaning — the air-con airflow is better and the unit is running nicely. 👍❄️ Really appreciate the hard work and good service from Team 3. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and professional air-con maintenance. Great job, Team 3! (Xiao Gui) Jurong West Customer

Took half day off for aircon servicing. They came and said aircon need chemical cleaning but need to reschedule because they have another appointment. Wasted half day and expect another half day from customer. No apology made. Happy Happy not happy with such customer service antics.

Diagnostic, replacement and chemical overhaul done by team 7, Ah How My Panasonic had a noisy fan coil motor and uneven air flow. Fan coil motor spoil and cooling coils were clogged despite regular servicing by gain city. After replacement of the fan coil motor, the AC is working as new and the cooling coils are shimmering after the chemical overhaul.
