I hired their service for routine AC maintenance cleaning. Before the service, my AC was working fine. However, after they serviced it, the air became warm and humid, even when set to the coldest temperature. I reached out to them about the issue, but they did nothing, and their responses became increasingly slow. I had to follow up multiple times, as they would otherwise ignore me.

The servicing team arrive on time and start working on the cleaning of my air-conditioning units. Each unit took about 10 -15 minutes to complete which I think is reasonably efficient. They cleaned the units internally with the blowers taken out and washed. One of my unit was running with loud noise, but after checks and cleaned thoroughly, no more problem in running efficiently. Overall, I think they provided quick and good services for my 5 units of cleaning. Would recommend them to service the Aircons.
