Mr Chew is responsive, honest and punctual in his appointment. I called on Sunday morning for urgent service (1st time using) and he came noon with no extra weekend charge. He told me that i do not need to top up any gas (he can charge me more if he do that) which i thought that is the issue. He explain to me the condition of my aircon and I find him honest and reliable. After changing my aircon, I signed a quarterly contract with him and it had been 2 years with no issues. Highly recommended.👍

Very impressed with the service provided by Mr Chew. Even though he had to travel quite a distance to reach my place, he arrived exactly on time and always replies to my inquiries instantly. He is incredibly friendly and clear, taking the time to explain exactly what was being done so I felt completely informed. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the three aircond units I had serviced. You can tell he is genuinely sincere about fixing everything properly rather than just rushing through the job. Professional, punctual, and highly skilled— will definitely be sticking with him for all my future aircond services!

Has been engaging Mr Chew from QQ Cool Aircon for all our 4 aircons servicing and also any issues pertaining to aircon for my household for more than 5 years. I have also recommended Mr Chew to my other friends and colleagues too. My wife likes that Mr Chew is very efficient and thorough in his job. He is also thoughtful as he tries to minimise the areas affected so that cleaning up is not a pain after each session. For me, i like how Mr Chew tries his best to reply me promptly so that i can plan my schedule efficiently. Overall, we are regulars who are very satisfied with Mr Chew’s services over the years.
