Great service by Vincent on a Sunday! So happy with the whole package and arrangement by the whole team- they answered really readily when called early Sunday morning for emergency repair, gave clear quotes and timing, Vincent was very kind and efficient and the cleaning and chemical wash was done thoroughly and cleanly. Our company, Enbi Singapore Pte Ltd, have been engaging aircon service with ALV Aircon for more than 3-years. We are very happy and must express our satisfaction. Their technicians are very friendly but professional. Explained well on what needs to be done with the price clearly, no hidden fees. Their quality of work is excellent, never making a mess, very reliable and good teamwork. Also, quick response on urgent request. Email them on Sunday night 9pm and they came the next day morning 9.30am to fix our leaking aircon. Thank you for a great service and we highly recommend them!!

Very lousy company with poor service attitude. Had arranged with them one week ago on 8 June 2024 12.30pm to 1pm for aircon checking servicing. 11am called me if can come servicing earlier, and told me EuropeAce maybe compressor no spare parts and I need to call them directly for the service after I told them I cant make it earlier for the appt. I have got 3 miss calls at 12.10pm and when I return call my mobile number was blocked. Texted back the number I made appt, no reply and the maintenance guys didn't turn up! I would like to say dont use this company with lousy services with poor scheduling and attitude! Take note this guy call Ben, he is the guy I liaise with.l with lousy attitude. Strongly would not gv them even 1 start and recommend their services.
