We recently did a long-overdue overhaul cleaning, and maintenance of our aircon system (compressor, 2 indoor units, piping, etc.) with DJ and Ah Long. They arrived right on time and finished the job in about 1.5 hours without leaving a mess in our bathroom. After using the aircon for three straight days, we’ve noticed a major improvement in performance. While the service is a bit pricey, it’s well worth the money. DJ was never pushy and only gave us his honest recommendations on what actually needed to be done. We’ll definitely be using their services again!

Very responsive business. Technician was punctual, diligent and professional. Price is reasonable if you service at least 3 units at the same time.

Was originally quoted at around $100 but in the end the bill turned out to be more than $900. We are not experts so we agreed to all the charges and believed in them, there were no before and after photos. Checked with my friends and they were shocked at such astronomical amount. The only saving grace is they are transparent in asking money (due to lack of my own knowledge), responsive and quick and the aircon works better.

Excellent service. Service personnel came to clear the choke pipe. Managed to identify the problem area and remove the cement blockage. Saved money by engaging Cool aircon as another company wanted double the price for chemical wash that would not have resolved the problem.

Was planning to do cleaning services but their team spotted other issues why my air con isn't cool enough. They also taught me how to use my remote control because I've been setting at Luke cold temperature and causes a lot of condensation. Did a top is gas service which should keep my air con cold till I move out. Overall, I felt their service is sincere and approach is appropriate for what clients need.

Normal cleaning is quick and clean. Chemical overhaul takes longer. My aircon is finally cold at 16degrees and not making loud noises. Top up gas and clean the outdoor compressor, as suggested by the crew. Will engage the team again in future.

Making an appointment with them was a breeze over WhatsApp. Appointment was set within 2 days. They did the basic diagnostics and clarified charges before continuing with the service - which included general servicing, chemical wash, compressor cleaning, and then gas top-up. No fuss, no hassle - completed everything (4 units + external compressor) within 1-1.5h. solid work, strongly recommended.

The aircon units were cleaned well. He asked relevant questions and did accordingly. Just that im upset he forgot to close the toilet gully cover as im very afraid of creepy crawlies. Overall good.

Read the other good reviews and decided to try and did not disappoint. Whatsapp to ask some questions and arranged for appointment. Responsive and prices are transparent. If there are any additional works required, the Technician showed me the problems, gave advise and asked if I want to go ahead. Will find them again for next service.
