After changing to a different AC maintenance provider, I found out these guys never did their job properly! The AC drainage pipe has never been sucked by them and as a result, the whole pipe system was clogged, full of dirt and dust. As a result, my AC started leaking mere 2 weeks after the last visit from this company. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere, as this company might just do the bare minimum (or even less) during a visit of your home.

I agree with most of the reviews that they are good. But this service really left a bad taste for me. They recommended a chemical clean for 3 of my fancoils despite 2 of them having been chemically cleaned by them just around 5 months ago. Usually you dont expect to have to chemical clean a fancoil twice within 6 months when the blower is just dirty, and it leaves one wondering if they just wanted to upsell at every opportunity.

Disappointing Experience with Aircon Installer Initially, we were quite impressed with this aircon installer. They assured us of their extensive experience and conducted a thorough site check, confirming that all aircon pipes were in good working order and ready for installation. Their friendly demeanor and seemingly positive reviews led us to trust them completely. We proceeded with them to install numerous aircon units and even paid for additional maintenance services before we moved in. However, our experience quickly deteriorated. After installation, several aircon units failed to work. It took an exceptionally long time for them to arrange for their technicians to check the units. When they finally did, they blamed it on a “piping issue”denying any fault on their part. Despite our repeated attempts to get them to propose a solution, including multiple follow-ups, all our communications were completely ignored. *We are extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer service once issues arose. The initial assurances and friendliness were misleading, and we are left with non-working units and no resolution. We strongly advise others to be cautious.*

My aircon having some issues with strange noise. My existing service provider don't border to come and help me. I chance upon Aircon Boy on Google search and texted them late night with immediate response. Technicians came the next morning to help me. They checked and tighten some of the screws and parts, hope all works! Will engage them for regular cleaning and will update how it goes from there.! So far so good!

Compressor broke down on a Saturday and I called several companies. This is one of the two that bother to send someone to check on that day (Sat is a weekend); most said got to wait till Monday. By Monday, this company was able to get a brand new part and arrived to resolve the issue. The boss/whatsapps correspondent and technicians are very polite and efficient. Highly recommended!
