Very polite staff who came down. They did not jump straight to air con servicing and politely asked where could they start first (as i was working at home) and asked which toilet they could use for washing. Many technicians like to just start work promptly but not them. they take care of setting up, even covered my bed with a protector before commencing. will use again :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING 5-STAR SERVICE – VINCENT & JAY DESERVE THE RECOGNITION!
I recently engaged Aircon Servicing and Repair Singapore, and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Vincent and Jay.
Both of them were exceptionally professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. From the moment they arrived, they handled everything carefully and took the time to conduct a proper and thorough inspection of my aircon units. They did not rush the job or simply perform a basic servicing — they genuinely made sure everything was checked and working properly.
Their workmanship was excellent. They kept the working area clean and tidy throughout the entire servicing, and after completing the job, there was absolutely no unnecessary mess left behind. I really appreciate technicians who respect a customer's home like this.
What impressed me even more was their honesty and attention to detail. Vincent and Jay explained the condition of my aircon clearly, gave me useful maintenance advice, highlighted potential issues to look out for, and advised me on what I should be careful about in the future. They were patient with my questions and explained everything without trying to pressure me into unnecessary work.
This is exactly how professional aircon servicing should be done — thorough, clean, honest, knowledgeable and customer-focused.
I sincerely hope the company recognises Vincent and Jay for the quality of service they provide because technicians like them are the reason customers will return.
