Highly recommended SG Airconman Pte Ltd! I engaged them to install a full set of Mitsubishi system 4 with standless steel bracket. The technician, Chun Wei and his teammate did a fantastic job. The entire installation was completed quickly in just 6 hours. Before they left, they also took time to briefly explain how to operate the system and what to avoid to prevent buildup. The pricing was reasonable and including new casing and copper pipe insulation. The Aircon has been working flawlessly so far and run super quietly! Super happy with their efficiency and quality of work!

Paid S$150 for 'dry cleaning' of 2 outdoor compressor units. The work done was only external brushing and vacuuming. Very overpriced for this service. Aside from the basic AC cleaning which I paid S$70 for 3 units, I feel that this additional service was not worth it. I have been a repeat customer but will not be returning after this experience. Sharing some photos here.

I booked normal servicing for five aircon units on 10 March 2026. Two technicians were assigned. One of them arrived 10 minutes late, so Technician A began working alone. When Technician B eventually arrived, he immediately told me he could not repair the unit with the turn‑on/turn‑off issue. He did not troubleshoot or attempt to identify the root cause. Instead, he simply claimed it was an electrical component failure, said no replacement parts were available, and stated he could not order the supply. As a result, that unit was not serviced at all. For the remaining four units, Technician B was aggressive in upselling chemical cleaning. After I declined, he rushed through the rest of the servicing. The entire “normal servicing” for all five units was completed in about 30 minutes. Upon inspection, I found that the master bedroom aircon coil had not been cleaned—only the filters were washed by Technician A. In addition, the study room aircon began leaking immediately after the servicing, despite having no prior leaking issues. Although a callback was granted on 17 March 2026, the leaking problem persisted. It is possible that the drain pipe joint was meddled with by Technician B, leading to the leak. After this poor experience with Airconman, I engaged Mitsubishi’s post‑warranty aircon service contractor to perform proper normal servicing for all five units on 26 March 2026, including replacing the thermistor and PCB. The entire process took about two hours. Their professionalism, experience, and dedication were evident. To Airconman management: if you do not remove the bad apples within your company, the responsibility for these failures ultimately rests with you.

Efficient, called in morning and they came by 12pm. Technician recommended chemical cleaning cos my compressor and ac are pretty old and dirty. Each costs $150 which I guess is normal price? He did clean up the place well after job is done. Appreciated.

Be careful! They share the regular service is 80 SGD for 3 units but after the service was done, the price more than doubled to 180 SGD because of 'water leakage', while there was never any leakage spotted in our apartment! I would refrain from using this service.

Very nice AC service, the response to my messages was very fast that can be quite important in any urgent situation. After cleaning AC units started to work noticeably better, so we are completely satisfied with the service provided and with the efficiency it was made with. The master was punctual and nice.

I used their service because it was the same one the landlady used previously before I moved in. I paid for the yearly quarterly servicing and each time, the repairman kept trying to upsell services each time saying that the air conditioners are very dirty and that normal cleaning can’t clean it. After the last service, the air conditioners were not working properly and it was hotter than before even though the settings were the same. I paid for another AC servicing (SoCool) within 1 week and they spent much longer cleaning each AC. They also showed us how dirty the AC was and how clean it was after they cleaned it. This meant that Airconman repairman did not actually properly clean the AC, and that normal servicing for other vendors included much more than what Airconman would do. I still have 1 servicing left from my payment with Airconman but I might forego it because they do a terrible job.

Ordered basic servicing. Was recommended to do additional cleaning/ chemical etc. I declined. Thereafter the actual basic servicing was lightning speed. Too rushed; a careless job done. No interest after I declined extra add ons. Did not perform all the steps listed per website, for basic servicing plan. Would not recommend this company even though price point is lower than other companies. For the services actually rendered, not worth the money unfortunately.

I have been with airconman since 2023, and have always listened to their recommendations. Even though their rate for normal servicing is on the lower side in the market, there are usually problems whenever they service and the bill amounted from $300 to almost $700 each time. This was despite my regular servicing. According to the invoice, I did drycleaning of compressor, revacuum of compressor oil and chemical flushing drainage pipe. Last week they came for servicing and was told that I had to do chemical wash and top up gas, even though I was promised that the units will work fine after spending almost $700 months ago. I went ahead with only normal servicing but one of the units leaked and the other was not cold at all (even though it was cold before servicing). I engaged a new provider this time round because I was skeptical and didn't want to spend so much again. All my aircon units are working fine now after normal servicing. I was told by the aircon service providers that they have not heard of those services which I paid for. It is really disappointing after engaging them for so long. No point going back to them to argue whose fault but I'm never going back to them ever again.

Price is reasonable. Personal was very thorough in cleaning the aircon units and explanation on issues and recommendations on additional cleaning work if required. I have engaged them a few times for servicing.
