First time engaging this technician for aircon servicing after finding him through a Reddit recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. A big thank you to the person who introduced him. Jensen was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the condition of my aircon and what servicing work was required. He didn’t just do the job and leave—he patiently answered my questions and helped me understand how to better maintain the unit. The servicing was carried out thoroughly, and I could immediately notice the difference afterwards. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and honest these days, so I truly appreciate the excellent service provided. Highly recommended, and I will definitely engage him again for future aircon servicing. Great job! 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended Aircon Service Provider! I had an excellent experience with JW Aircon Service & Repair, and I must say Jensen’s service truly exceeded my expectations. 👍 I WhatsApped Jensen on 1 June to feedback that my aircon was not cold, and he immediately confirmed the appointment schedule on the spot. The response was fast, clear, and very professional. 📲✅ On the day of the appointment, Jensen arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the issue within just 10 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it by pumping the compressor. The whole process took less than half an hour — super efficient! ⚡️❄️ What impressed me the most was his honesty and genuine advice. I asked him whether all my aircons needed washing, but after checking, he honestly told me they were still not dirty and did not require washing yet. These days, it is rare to find someone so trustworthy, especially when he could have easily charged me extra for unnecessary servicing, but he chose not to. 🙏💯 Jensen is efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable — exactly the kind of technician you hope to find but rarely do. If you are looking for a reliable aircon service provider who gives genuine advice and does not anyhow charge, I highly recommend JW Aircon Service & Repair! ⭐️❄️👏

I still remember the first time I met Jensen. It was during the Chinese New Year period when most contractors had already stopped work for the festive season. My aircon was leaking, and I was struggling to find someone available to help. By chance, I saw Jensen servicing a nearby unit while me and my wife was walking back from the supermarket. I approached him to ask if he could help with my aircon issue. Despite his busy schedule, he didn't hesitate and quickly made arrangements to service my unit. That first interaction told me a lot about the kind of person he is. Jensen is sincere, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Since then, I've continued to engage him for my aircon needs and have always found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Whether it's regular servicing, repairs, or installing a new aircon system, you'll be in good hands with Jensen. Highly recommended!
