Had a very positive experience engaging their Islamic Disposal Services. They answered our queries promptly and it was easy to book a slot via their website. We were able to do a contactless pickup during our slot, where we left the items outside and they came to collect it from there. Just in case, if like us, you were wondering "How do I fit this pick up into my schedule?". They will weigh the items outside of your home and sent you a picture of the weight before informing you of the final payment. Friendly and helped us clear any doubts we had through the chats. Would engage again when needed 👍 Thank you so much for providing this service, don't need to worry about disposing our texts again in the future because we already know who to contact.

Overall, I had a very smooth and fuss-free experience using the service. The team handles the items with utmost care and proper protocol, which gave me great peace of mind. The only area for improvement is their phone response time. Their replies for the queries could be a bit faster. However, once the arrangements were confirmed, the actual collection and disposal process went flawlessly.
