Accidentally locked myself inside the house with the key jammed in the keyhole. Andrew was very pleasant and punctual, arriving even earlier than expected. Door was quickly unlocked, and mechanism replaced. Cost was very reasonable, I had inquired with multiple emergency locksmith’s and gotten quite shocked. Will definitely be using his services again.

When we found ourselves locked out of one our rooms late at night, Mr Andrew’s helped to open our locked door. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Requested for photos of the lock and came home within 20 mins with all the necessary tools to open the door. He was able to open the door within 5 mins. Most of all, he gave some very helpful tips to maintain the lock and key to prevent such occurrences. Thank you very much.

I've called Andrew (same name!) twice already, once at my previous place (actually I messaged his friend, but his friend couldn't make it so Andrew came down) and just again today. Both times he was punctual, arriving at the timeslot he said he would, and got the locked door opened in 30 seconds or so. We spent more time chatting about other things, he's a really friendly guy who knows what he's doing, and he's polite too! I've saved his number down, knowing that I'll probably lock myself out again, highly recommended!

Andrew is such a gem! Highly recommended and definitely trustworthy. I asked him for a quote for a small job and instead of saying he will do it, he told me it can be done by myself and gave me suggestions on how to do it over the phone, even at 10+pm at night! Really appreciate his kindness. If you have any lock issues, pls look for Andrew. 👍🏼

I needed a locksmith this morning to help with opening of my main door lock, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Andrew arrived promptly as per conversation, which was a relief to me. He was just too professional and efficient, managing to open the lock fast without causing any damage. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Andrew was not only skilled but also friendly, explaining what he was doing at each step. The pricing was fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. My family and I planned to go out for dinner but realized we had forgotten the key to our home. After searching online, I found Andrew Locksmith and called him for help. About 30 minutes later, the locksmith arrived and began attempting to open the lock. He tried multiple times using a hook and wire to unlock the main door, but he failed each time. He then attempted to pry and pump the door open, which left some dents on the door (see the pic), but still, he couldn’t get it open. My 4-year-old son and I were exhausted from waiting outside for over an hour, watching him repeatedly fail. Finally, the locksmith decided to call his friend for assistance. His friend arrived and, within 5 minutes, managed to open the lock on the first try using the same hook and wire method. I was relieved that the door was finally open. In conclusion, I strongly recommend avoiding this locksmith.
