Thank you to Tun, who came down in the middle of the night when me and my wife had a pest situation with multiple cockroaches running around the kitchen. He did a thorough investigation of the possible entryways that the pests might have came in from and worked his magic. He also helped to scour other places to see if there were any signs of the pests, and gave us tips on how to handle it in the future. Thank you so much for ensuring that we’re able to sleep in peace tonight! :)

I engaged Anticimex for pest control to deal with ants and cockroach in my condo back in February. Jolenta was my sales representative - she delivered great service and managed my expectations well before and after the treatment. For the service provided, the price was very reasonable. I engaged Anticimex once 1 to 2 years ago to get rid of the ants in my flat. Unfortunately, after about a week, the ants came back. I decided to give them a try again about 5 weeks ago, and I also mentioned to their rep (Patrick) that the ants had come back very shortly after the last time I had engaged them. He noted this and informed the staff who came down to do a more thorough job. When I noticed a few ants in my house 2 weeks later, I informed Patrick and he promptly sent someone down again to put more ant poison in the kitchen. Although there was pesticide everywhere after the first visit and it took awhile to clean, thanks to the prompt follow up and thorough job, my flat is now finally ant free!

I had a bed bug situation and I reached out to the company last weekend 20 Jul. Their rept Bing Hwa replied me on the same day, providing answers to all my questions efficiently and arranged for their technicians to come by the very next day. I was lucky to meet the most helpful technicians Haziq and Latiff who thoroughly checked and patiently reassured my family and I on the situation. Very friendly and gone the extra miles to help comb through the house as well. Highly recommend. Thanks for your service too.

I recently engaged a professional service to investigate a bug infestation in the furniture I purchased, hoping to receive a detailed report on the condition of the furniture, the possible period of the infestation, and the habits/behavior of the bugs. Unfortunately, I was only provided with a lifecycle report that I could easily find online. I was told that, based on their experience, it's unlikely that the bugs would move from one piece of furniture to another, and the lifecycle of the bug can range from months to a years but they couldn’t state anything definitively in the report, as they can only provide factual information. While I understand the importance of facts, the reason for hiring an expert was for their specialized insight. I expect being upfront about the limitation from start as it is a waste of my time.

super super helpful staff, we engaged the company for help with a room cleaning as part of a volunteering project with Make a Wish Foundation and the staff (Patrick) went above and beyond to not only clean the room but also help us with clearing out the room as my friends and I did not have the strength to lift the furniture. The room was cleaned quickly and throughly and we are very grateful for your help! ☺️

Really fast and prompt response - the appointment was setup really quickly to attend to the issue. The technician was early and really polite and knowledgeable. He shared information and tips - didn't even try to oversell any retainer or anything. Really hope the ants will keep away now! :)

I tried calling a pest control company recommended by MCST for some termites issues several times this morning & no reply till now. Tried Anticimex online which was recommended by my DIL which she said her friend ever engaged their service which was good & fast. Jayden returned a call immediately after receiving the message. His turnaround speed was amazingly fast. He spoke to me & advised me to take some photos & send to him for his professional opinion before engaging his service. After sending him some photos of the infested toilet door frame, Jayden replied with “Good News, that is dry wood termites & not subterranean termites. Removing the door frame will resolve the issue”. He further explained by removal of the infested door frame will eradicate the colony from my house. I was so relieved after hearing that. I told Jayden after my contractors remove the whole infested door frame, will take some photos & send him for review. He gladly accepted & after reviewing, he sent another Good News stating no signs of subterranean termites at all. Jayden’s professional approach set a new high standard. He is not out there to just get a job & get paid. From his replies & advises, I can sense he is a responsible, caring & professional guy. I highly recommend Jayden to anyone for any pest control issues. I firmly believed Jayden can take care of you & the issue well. Thank you & keep it up, Jayden!

I should’ve called them in earlier!! :) They got rid of most of the huge and plump ants that were running through my home, found two nests and left some slow killing liquid to kill them. I had long continuous trails of easily a few hundred ants running across my home for a month before I finally called pest control in. Tried various ant poisons on my own but nothing worked. Prompt response on phone and WhatsApp. Reasonable pricing. The guy I spoke to also took the effort to understand my ant problem and explain what they would do to tackle the issue, which was very useful for me as I have a dog free roaming at home and I don’t want him to be poisoned. Only one problem…. The army of ants actually migrated to the corridor outside my home but given it was outdoors, I left a long trail of Terro (Borax) ant poison and the hundreds of ants I saw the night before disappeared the next day. Tip: don’t forget to leave the ant treatment at all points of entry. We didn’t do our 2 external doors and one of the door frames remained a happy home for the ants.

My guys and i were getting mozzie bites at one of my events sites and i contacted Weekson for a quick consult on our situation. In just mere minutes of information exchange, he was able to identify the probable issue we were facing and he recommended an appropriate treatment. As my event launch was due in 2 days, he managed to schedule an urgent treatment session for me the very next day. When his team arrived on-site, they very quickly located the breeding ground and turns out Weekson was right and the ops team took care of it immediately. Overall the experience was great as the team is highly professional and knowledgable, 10/10 recommended!

Had a pest control scare and the 2 people that came did a great job of assuring us and was thorough despite it being in the middle of the night. The terrible service came from our sales rep, Patrick, who has been ghosting me on the follow up appointment. Been whatsapping and trying to call him numerous times with no response. And he also has not responded to my queries regarding additional services that was promised by the guys who came to my house. During the visit even the guys couldn't get a hold of him to be able to generate the QR code for payment. It was already 2/3am and we had to wait around hoping he would wake up. They ended up accepting my payment on their personal accounts but I worried about it causing a dispute. Please ensure sales reps are more responsive and will answer customer queries. I paid $480 for a brief visit. This is already really expensive! The least I could expect is not being ghosted .

Very impressed with the highly professional yet personal service by Bing Hwa and Hisham. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable in answering queries and providing tips on maintaining a pest-free home. After treatment, Hisham also gives detailed and thorough status updates, even turning back once where we had concerns about certain areas that we thought were missed during the first round of treatment. I reached out to Anticimex for termite issues and Judy is the one attending to my enquiry. Her response is very prompt, and she offers a FOC inspection before she send her technician for further action. I thought it’s a very generous gesture, she personally came down and explained to us what are the solutions would be, she also never upsell us any packages, let the customer decide what to do next. engaged them for a mosquito issue in my house. two of their guys came, just went through motion to look around the house and did not do a thorough check on potential breeding areas. when i asked certain questions on prevention, they could not be bothered to answer me and just gave one two word answers. when it came to the misting of the whole house. i had to go out for an hour and when i returned, i was shocked to see that they did not even close the windows. needless to say, my mosquito issue still persist. i wont recommend this lousy company.

This is my first encounter with bird mites that came into my house in huge numbers after the nestlings in the nest inside my aircon trunking left. Jocelyn proposed a solution very swiftly after seeing the video I sent her. She is very empathetic and shared her own bird mites battling experience with me. As I couldn't confirm my availability, she was very patient and accommodating in arranging and rearranging mite treatment and bird nest removal for me over the 3 days, trying her best to give me the earliest slots available. The fumigation team is fantastic. The first team came on my same day of request at night urgently with an additional fee. The duo team is cheerful and did a super thorough job for me where almost all mites were killed. The bird nest removal specialist came the following day. He is very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. He asked to close my toilet door (infestation area) as there's strong wind blowing in which might carry the dead mites into my MBR. He had to take apart my aircon trunking in order to reach the nest beyond and disposed it into a sack. He went the extra mile to source for a piece of plywood and sealed the external hole after spraying chemical to make sure birds won't come in again. He also took the initiative to wipe my aircon trunking and spray jet my toilet floor with water. The next fumigation was carried out by another bubbly staff who is so ever patient and polite in answering all my queries on how to clean up my rooms after the final fumigation. He first carried out a very detailed visual inspection, including the inside of my wardrobe to ensure all is clear. When fumigating, he administered intensive treatment on the infestation entry point and took the initiative to spray my window area in heavy dose as prevention. He also gave advice on refreshing the silicone filing in between my aircon trunkings gaps so that insects don't hide there. Thank you Jocelyn and team, for your professionalism!

Poor servicing. In Nov, we only engaged for one time servicing but charged us for two times servicing. Asked for refund, they keep dragging and when we WhatsApp Patrick, he say will check but until now no response from him. The customer service is lousy too and the Finance was very rude also. Dun engaged them.
