I would like to give a huge compliment to Mr Meng for the bedbug treatment at my home. He did an excellent job — very thorough, professional, and careful. What stood out most was that he didn’t just treat the problem. He took time to explain the root cause, showed us exactly where the bugs started and how they spread, and gave us lots of practical prevention tips to make sure it doesn’t come back again. Because of him I feel so much more at ease in my own home now. Highly recommend Mr Meng and the team! 10/10 service.

Their prices are very reasonable and they are professional, and Foad has extensive knowledge about drywood termites.

Needed an exterminator for bed bugs & Meng did a really good job! He cleaned the walls, bed & bed frames in every room very thoroughly. He found some behind a dresser & wanted to clean it too. But we decided that we wanted to throw the dresser away & seeing us struggle to carry it, he offered to carry it down for us too!! 👍🏻 Meng went above & beyond, helped us thoroughly & did a very good job 🙏🏻 Thank you!

I thought I had a bed bug issue in my bedroom, so opted to have the whole house treated. But Dinesh, the pest control specialist couldn't find any evidence of bed bugs on my bed. So I spoke to Alex the boss, and he agreed to let me do just 1 treatment just for the room (usually 2x). And he didn't charge me 1 cent extra. That saved me a lot of $. Really appreciate the honesty of the company. Dinesh was very professional, patient and thorough, and explained the situation and the whole process in detail. Definitely recommend Ninja Pest Control! Their prices are very reasonable, compared to the big companies I called up, and they are reliable and honest. 👍

Dinesh from Ninja Pest Control was very professional. He arrived on time, clearly explained what he was doing and the reasons behind it, and also shared helpful advice on how to prevent cockroaches in the future.

Contacted multiple pest control companies on Saturday and Ninja was the most responsive and provided timely advice, accommodating to our urgent request to schedule for an inspection + pest extermination within 3 hours. Dinesh attended to our unit, arrived 5 minutes earlier and did a throrough inspection of the unit, turning over every nook and cranny, uncovering a more serious case of pest infestation that we didn't realize. Our unit was rented out and the tenant left the place with a cockroach, lizard and cigarette beetles infestation - and thanks to Dinesh's patient checking (under mattresses, bed divan and deep inside cabinets), he found a serious silverfish infestation as well. He was very proactive in overturning the furnitures and helped to check for bedbugs just in case. Due to the new findings, Dinesh recommend a to conduct a full fumigation and explained in detail the procedure, gave an upfront transparent pricing, and recommended what's next for us to fix up the place. Since his workvan was well equipped, the fumigation was done shortly in the same session and the whole process including inspection was completed within 1.5h. We were grateful for the efficient response and service, plus the expertise and experience Dinesh brought. Thankful to have engaged Ninja - gave us great help and assurance to a frustrating problem!

We discovered a mouse in our kitchen and I reached out to Ninja Pest Control for help. They responded really quickly and arranged for someone to come within a few hours. A trap was laid and he gave us detailed explanation, plus helped us check the surroundings to assess where the mouse could have entered. A day passed and the mouse continued to roam in our kitchen. The mouse had claimed my kitchen. I was anxious as we had to close our kitchen to prevent the mouse from going to the other parts of our house. On the second day, I messaged Ninja Pest Control to update that the mouse was still not trapped. They replied swiftly even though my message was sent late in the evening. The next day, a Saturday, Ninja’s Dinesh came by and by then, the mouse had been trapped. He cleared it for us swiftly. Then when we told him that we had heard noise in our false ceiling and asked if he could check. He promptly agreed and thank goodness he checked, because there was no less than 10 dead mice there, trapped on two glue traps that had been placed there by another pest control company a few months back. It was hard work as the smell was bad and he had to reach for the glue traps. Throughout, he remained friendly and calm. Great respect for the work Dinesh does. Very thankful for the impeccable service provided by Ninja Pest Control.

I signed a contract with them for three months to catch rats in my house. They are very flexible with the timing whenever the rat is caught, they will come over to collect it. Very responsive and they’re always moving around, so they’re able to come over to my place in a very short period of time. In about a month we manage to catch about 11 rats. 🐀 they provide all the stuff that I had already paid and replace it as and when needed during the three months of contractual period. First time engaging, Pest Control I got to say that this is one of my best experience so far.

We would like to thank Sone for a job well done! He actually bothered to check the toilet ceiling access panel and discovered the root of the issue as there's a huge gap that more than allows for cockroaches to path around as and when freely.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ninja Pest Control. I want to give special thanks especially to Hafiz who is excellent. He is always puncture, and will message me even if he is going to be just 10 mins late due to traffic congestion. Every visit, he diligently applied the treatment foam and set traps. He also gave very useful advice like how to get rid of drain flies and what to buy to fortify the possible entry points of roaches. Most of all, he got to the root of my roach problems when he advised me to get rid of a small wooden board at the base of my kitchen cabinet where he suspected the roaches were, and he was right. He even helped me seal the gaps as best as he could after the board was removed. I am forever grateful for his help. I used to engage another pest control company for a number of years and am so glad I switched to Ninja. I am very very happy with my decision and the results. Thank you Hafiz and Ninja!
